Das Zimmer befindet sich direkt am Wohnungseingang und gegenüber der Küche. Es ist ca. 15m² groß. Durch großes Fenster und die Sonne am Morgen ist das Zimmer schön hell. Es ist mit Bett inkl. Matratze und Schrank ausgestattet, was ich gerne für 250€ hinterlassen würde. Weitere Möbel die auf den Bildern zu sehen sind können auch nach Vereinbarung gekauft werden. Durchs Fenster hat man Ausblick aufs schöne Grün Trier-Nords sowie einen Spielplatz. Typisch für Dachgeschoss ist es bisschen wärmer im Sommer aber auch nichts, dass ein üblicher Ventilator nicht klären kann.
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet mit eigener Waschmaschine, gut eingerichteter Küche mit
Ofen, Kühlschrank und den Luxus einer Spülmaschine (die ab und zu mürrisch wird und Kooperation ablehnt). Im Grunde hat man hier alles, was einer braucht.
Das Zimmer wird offiziell ab 15.04 verfügbar, je nachdem auch früher (ab 01.04)

The room is spacious and bright, with a view of a playing ground and the pretty greenery that Trier-Nord has to offer.
It's directly next to the flat entrance and opposite to the kitchen, so that midnight snack runs will always stay discreet. It does get slightly warmer than the rest of the house in summer, which is typical for attics but what are fans for anyway :)
The flat is fully equipped with washing machine, kitchen with fridge, oven and a sometimes moody dishwasher.
I would like to leave behind my bed and wardrobe for 250€. The other furnitures that you see in the pics can also be passed down for a small amount depending on your needs and wishes.
The room would be available from 15.04. However, depending on the situation, can also be taken over starting April.
Die Wohnung ist gut zu ÖPNV verbunden. Die nächste Haltestelle ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (3 Minuten wenn man es eilig hat/ langbeinig ist). In die Stadt fahren unter der Woche u.a die Linien 1,11 und 30 und am Wochenende die 76 und 86. Zur Uni braucht man ca. 25 Minuten und einen Umsteig am Hbf oder am Kürenzer Straße. Nachts fährt auch ein Nachtbus.
The flat has good connection to public transport. City center is 10 minutes away by bus and accessible with the buses 1, 11 and 30 during the week and buses 76 and 86 on the weekend. The closest stop is 5 Minutes away on foot. To go to uni you would need 25 minutes and a transfer but in general no biggie. There's also a night shuttle.
Mit dir wohnen Jakob und Andi. Die sind beide gesellige und warmherzige Studenten der Uni. Man erblickt die tagsüber kaum in die Wohnung, weil die lieber Zeit in der Bib verbrauchen aber wenn einer so Glück hat, kann der mit intelligenten und aufregenden Gesprächen rechnen. Kochabende und Ausflüge zum Flohmarkt sind auch zu erwarten. Generell herscht in der Wohnung eine freundschaftliche Atmosphäre, was natürlich nicht heißt, dass Rückzug in eigenes Zimmer hier nicht respektiert oder
der verstanden wird.
Zum Wohlfühlen gibt's einen Putzplan, der über die App Flatastic läuft und einem Überblick über die gemeinsame Aufgaben ermöglich, was bisher gut funktioniert hat.
You would be living with Jakob and Andi. They are both chill and sociable guys who hardly spend anytime during the day in the flat cause they seem to prefer the library. But if it happens to be your lucky day, you can expect intelligent and exciting conversations with them. In general communal activities are nothing out of the blue here, which of course does not mean that retreating to your own room is not respected or understood.
We have a weekly cleaning plan via the app Flatastic, which allows everyone in the flat to have an overview of cleaning tasks that we share to upkeep the flat.
