Here again the individual costs explained:
Cold rental: 415€
Additional costs: 140€
Deposit: two cold rents

In principle, additional costs are to be paid when i-Live is collected, such as state testing and processing fee (120€) and maintenance (new filter, 40€) and mattress cover (45€). Since I have already done this and currently live in the apartment, these costs will fall away for you, as I have already paid for it even when moving in:)

The furniture (bed, desk, table, chairs, various closets, curtains etc.) are also fixed in the apartment. However, it is necessary to get kitchen utensils and dishes, clothes racks or the shower curtain itself.

I like to sell these for 30€. Then you wouldn't have to get them yourself.

Since my rental contract would end after the sub-rent, I would ask you to transfer the apartment directly to i-Live in the appropriate state.

(The cold rental, additional costs and deposit are required by me at the same level as i-Live and I will pass on them.)

Kaltmiete: 415€

Grundsätzlich sind bei Einzug von i-Live zusätzliche Kosten, wie Zustandsprüfung und Bearbeitungspauschale (120€) und Instandhaltung (neuer Filter, 40€) und Matratzenbezug (45€) zu bezahlen. Da ich diese bereits getätigt habe und zurzeit in der Wohnung lebe, fallen diese Kosten für dich weg, da ich diese schon selbst bei Einzug bezahlt habe:)

Die Möbel (Bett, Schreibtisch, Tisch, Stühle, verschiedene Schränke, Vorhänge etc.) sind auch schon fest in der Wohnung. Allerdings muss man z.B. Küchenutensilien und Geschirr, Wäscheständer oder den Duschvorhang selbst besorgen.

Ich kann dir aber gerne diese für 30€ diese verkaufen. Dann müsstest du diese nicht mehr selbst besorgen.

Da mein Mietvertrag auch nach der Untermiete enden würde, würde ich dich darum bitten, die Wohnung dann im angemessenen Zustand direkt an i-Live wieder zu übergeben.

(Die Kaltmiete, Nebenkosten und Kaution sind in gleicher Höhe wie i-Live von mir verlangt und ich gebe diese weiter.)
