my name is Kyra, I am 20 years old and looking for a 2- to 3-room apartment in Oldenburg on 01.07, 01.08 or 01.09. The apartment should be located at a maximum of 6 kilometres from the Carl of Ossietzky University, at least 45 m2 and not exceed a warm rental of 650€.

I'm currently studying to finance the apartment through my BAföG and the support of my parents. They would also be willing to take over a guarantee.

I am a reliable, neat and quiet renter without debt. I don't smoke and have no pets. This also applies to my partner (20, mechatronics) who would take part from the beginning of next year.

mein Name ist Kyra, ich bin 20 Jahre alt und auf der Suche nach einer 2- bis 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in Oldenburg zum 01.07, 01.08 oder 01.09. Die Wohnung sollte maximal 6 Kilometer von der Carl von Ossietzky Universität entfernt liegen, mindestens 45 m² groß sein und eine Warmmiete von 650€ nicht überschreiten.

Derzeit studiere ich, wodurch die Wohnung durch mein BAföG sowie die Unterstützung meiner Eltern finanziert wird. Sie wären auch bereit, eine Bürgschaft zu übernehmen.

Ich bin eine zuverlässige, ordentliche und ruhige Mieterin ohne Schulden. Ich rauche nicht und habe keine Haustiere. Dies trifft auch auf meinen Partner zu (20, Mechatroniker), der ab Anfang nächsten Jahres mit einziehen würde.
