Hi, I'll go with my girlfriend, so my room will be free in this WG. The WG is really top. Rightly good location, right at Karl Olga Hospital, large garden, nice large kitchen and the two bathrooms are also in very good condition.
The room is well insulated and large. In addition, it has a large window where the window board is pleasantly low, so you can also use it as seating furniture :)
Hi, ich ziehe mit meiner Freundin zusammen und daher wird mein Zimmer in dieser WG frei. Die WG ist echt top. Richtig gute Lage, direkt beim Karl Olga Krankenhaus, großer garten, schöne große küche und die beiden bäder sind auch in sehr gutem Zustand.
Das Zimmer ist gut gedämmt und groß. Außerdem hat es ein großes Fenster bei dem das Fensterbrett angenehm niedrig ist, so dass, man es auch als Sitzmöbel nutzen kann :)
WG is centrally located in Stuttgart. The Ubahn stop Karl-Olga Hospital with lines U9 and U4 is reached in 3-4 minutes. The bus stop Schwarenbergstraße is also 4 minutes away.
There are nearby shops such as Rewe, Bioladen, DM and Penny. The nearest restaurants are Udo snack, time for Sushi and Doshirak.
There is also a small place near the apartment at the Lukas Church.
There are parking options right in front of the house.
Die WG liegt zentral in Stuttgart. Fußläufig erreicht man in 3-4 Minuten die Ubahn-Haltestelle Karl-Olga-Krankenhaus mit den Linien U9 und U4. Die Bushaltestelle Schwarenbergstraße ist auch in 4 Minuten Entfernung.
Es gibt in unmittelbarer Nähe Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Rewe, Bioladen, DM und Penny. Die nächsten Restaurants sind Udo snack, time for Sushi und Doshirak.
Es gibt nahe der Wohnung auch einen kleinen Platz bei der Lukas Kirche.

Both roommates: inside are professional, cook and bake. Mirdad is an educator and takes part in the foodsharing. Elisa performs and dances. The WG atmosphere is really pleasant, both are very friendly, courteous and friendly.
In the WG we all attach great importance to the fact that everything always remains clean as possible.
Beide Mitbewohner:innen sind berufstätig, kochen und backen gern. Mirdad ist Erzieher und nimmt beim foodsharing Teil. Elisa macht Aufführung und tanzt. Die WG Atmosphäre ist echt angenehm, beide sind sehr sympathisch, zuvorkommend und freundlich.
In der WG legen wir alle auch großen Wert darauf, dass alles immer bestmöglich sauber bleibt.
