The room is located in the DG (2nd floor) of the house and is about 12sqm. It is equipped with a box spring bed (90x200), a narrow wardrobe, a desk with chair, a dresser, various shelves and a sofa very cozy.
In the EC is the entrance area, a large “traffic area” (you can explain, you have to see), a toilet, a separate shower, a kitchen with fitted kitchen, a small storage chamber, a living-dining room with the exit to the terrace.
In the OG is a storage chamber, a separate toilet, a large bathroom with bathtub, shower and double washbasin (here there is also washing machine and dryer), as well as the large, wide corridor over which you come to the balcony.
In the DG is a small storage chamber and a small hallway.
These were now in the EC, OG and DG the Community areas plus approx. 16sqm terrace and about 6sqm balcony. Nice place to meet and be together, or not to meet but to be for themselves.
Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete.
Das Zimmer liegt im DG (2. OG) des Hauses und ist ca. 12qm groß. Es ist mit einem Boxspringbett (90x200), einem schmalen Schrank, einem Schreibtisch mit Stuhl, einer Kommode, verschiedenen Regalen und einem Sofa sehr gemütlich eingerichtet.
Im EG ist der Eingangsbereich, eine große „Verkehrsfläche“ (kann man schecht erklären, muss man sehen), ein WC, eine separate Dusche, eine Küche mit Einbauküche, eine kleine Abstellkammer, ein Wohn-Esszimmer mit dem Ausgang zur Terrasse.
Im OG ist eine Abstellkammer, ein separates WC, ein großes Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche und Doppelwaschbecken (hier stehen auch Waschmaschine und Trockner), sowie der große, breite Flur über den man auf den Balkon kommt.
Im DG ist noch eine kleine Abstellkammer und ein Stückchen Flur.
Dies waren jetzt im EG, OG und DG die Gemeinschaftsflächen plus ca. 16qm Terrasse und ca. 6qm Balkon. Genügend Platz um sich zu treffen und zusammenzusein, oder sich eben mal nicht zu treffen sondern für sich zu sein.

The bus stop is almost in front of the house and the S-Bahn stop “Pestalozzistrasse” is on foot approx. 8-10 minutes away.
A discounter with additional baker is on foot approx. 5-7 min away.
The University Hospital and the Institute of Virology and Immunology are close.

Ein Discounter mit zusätzlichem Bäcker ist zu Fuß ca. 5-7 Min entfernt.
Die Uniklinik sowie das Institut für Virologie und Immunologie sind in nächster Nähe.
