The WG is located on the 2nd floor of a multi-party house in Landau-West. It is located in a rather quiet residential settlement with sufficient parking space in the street.

The living room with balcony invites you to relax and offers the perfect place for evenings or coffee in the sun. The apartment also has a newly renovated bathroom and a separate toilet – ideal for a WG!

In the kitchen in the style of the 50s, it can not only be cooked well, but also sit comfortably together.

Thanks to the practical cut, each:r has enough retreat space, while the common areas provide a symmetric WG atmosphere.

There is also a cellar room and a bicycle parking space.

Die WG liegt im 2. Stock eines Mehrparteienhauses in Landau-West. Sie befindet sich in einer eher ruhigen Wohnsiedlung mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten in der Straße.

Das Wohnzimmer mit Balkon lädt zum Entspannen ein und bietet den perfekten Ort für gemeinsame Abende oder einen Kaffee in der Sonne. Die Wohnung verfügt zudem über ein neu renoviertes Bad sowie ein separates WC – ideal für eine WG!

In der Küche im Stil der 50er Jahre, lässt es sich nicht nur gut kochen, sondern auch gemütlich zusammensitzen.

Dank des praktischen Schnitts hat jede:r genug Rückzugsraum, während die gemeinsamen Bereiche für eine gesellige WG-Atmosphäre sorgen.

Außerdem gibt es zur Wohnung einen Kellerraum und einen Fahrradstellplatz.
