Zimmer: Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist ca. 15m2 groß. Sehr große Fenster schaffen eine helle und lichte Atmosphäre, haben aber auch Innenjalouisen und einen dünnen Vorhang.
Eine lange Heizkörperleiste unter dem Fenster wärmt den Raum sehr schnell auf, so dass man im Winter sicher keine Kälte fürchten muss.
Straßenseitig gelegen kriegt man zwar schon den Verkehr von draußen etwas mit, die Theresiengasse aber ist eine kleine Seitenstraße zum Gürtel und ist nicht sehr stark befahren.
An Möbel sind ein relativ großer Tisch, ein 200x160cm großes Bett und ein Kasten vorhanden. Auch eine Stehlampe gibt es. Alles kann ablösefrei übernommen werden, das Zimmer kann aber auch leer übergeben werden.
Alle Nebenkosten in der Miete enthalten (485€).

Room: The room for rent is approx. 15m2 in size. Very large windows create a bright and light atmosphere, but also have interior blinds and a thin curtain.
A long radiator strip under the window warms up the room very quickly, so you certainly don't have to fear the cold in winter.
Located on the street side, you can hear the traffic from outside a bit, but Theresiengasse is a small side street to the Gürtel and is not very busy.
Concerning furniture, there is a relatively large table, a 200x160cm bed and a chest of drawers. There is also a floor lamp. Everything can be taken over free of charge, but the room can also be handed over empty.

Die Wohnung ist trotz Nähe zum Gürtel ruhig und ist öffentlich super angebunden.
Wohnungslage:
– Gürtelnähe. 5 min. zu Fuß zu den U6 Stationen Alser Straße und Michelbeuern AKH, sowie zur 43 Station Alser Straße.
– Apotheke, mehrere Supermärkte, Bäckereien, sowie Post innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar
– Wohnung liegt genau zwischen Brunnenmarkt und Yppenmarkt, die in 10-15 min zu Fuß erreichbar sind

Kuba is a very funny and smart 34 years old dude from Poland. …okay, it’s Kuba writing himself this description, so less jokes, more facts: I enjoy travelling and doing sports as much as I am into music and films. Cycling is a big part of my life - either commuting in the city, longer trips or sports. Oh yes, I will tell you everything about Bike Polo (“it’s like a polo on the horses, but on the bikes”), even if you don’t ask. Bike Polo is just my thing.
I speak Polish (no way, Captain Obvious), very good English and quite okay German (we seem to understand each other with people).
