In our WG a cozy 16m2 room is free as of 1.6.25. In the price all additional costs are received (heating, electricity, garbage, GEZ, water). The room is rented unfurnished.
If necessary, the chest of drawers, the desk + desk chair and the clothes rack can be taken over.
The shared rooms (living room/kitchen/bathroom) are fully equipped. Includes washing machine and dishwasher.
From the living room you reach the WG-Balkon.
There is also a cellar room.
In unserer WG wird zum 1.6.25 ein gemütliches 16m2 Zimmer frei. In dem Preis sind alle Nebenkosten erhalten (Heizung, Strom, Müll, GEZ, Wasser). Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet.
Bei Bedarf kann die Kommode, der Schreibtisch + Schreibtischstuhl und die Kleiderstange übernommen werden.
Die gemeinschaftlich genutzten Räume (Wohnzimmer/ Küche/ Bad) sind komplett ausgestattet. Inklusive Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine.
Vom Wohnzimmer aus erreicht man den WG-Balkon.
Außerdem gibt es einen Kellerraum.

The proximity to the Favorite Park and the Pedagogical University makes the situation particularly attractive. A Lidl, a bakery and a bus stop are located right around the corner. By bike you reach the railway station or the centre of Ludwigsburg in just 5 minutes.
Die Lage unserer WG zeichnet sich durch ihre Ruhe aus. Umgeben von viel Grün entfliehst du dem Trubel der Stadt und genießt eine friedliche Atmosphäre ohne Autolärm oder Stadthektik.
Die Nähe zum Favoritepark sowie zur Pädagogischen Hochschule macht die Lage besonders attraktiv. Ein Lidl, eine Bäckerei und eine Bushaltestelle befinden sich direkt um die Ecke. Mit dem Fahrrad erreichst du in nur 5 Minuten den Bahnhof oder das Zentrum von Ludwigsburg.
