Master student looking for bright but not bright-hearing apartment Masterstudentin sucht helle, aber nicht hell-hörige Wohnung

Hello, my name is Adriane, I'm in the middle of 20 and studying at the Master and the University of Cologne. My current apartment in the Kwartier Latäng is beautiful, but it will be a bit too small. Above all, I'm looking for something brighter and with thicker walls, as I just get quite a lot from my neighbors, but not really from the sun. Peace, privacy and harmony are important to me. I would prefer an apartment from 30 square meters to be in the Rathenauviertel, or in Sülz, in the Belgian district or in Lindenthal. A proper kitchen (i.e. with four hobs and oven) as well as a connection for a separate washing machine would be great. Maximum I could be approx. 650€ warm pay. At the moving date, I would be flexible, at some point in June or July, for example, would fit me well. I look forward to matching offers!

Hallo, mein Name ist Adriane, ich bin Mitte 20 und studiere im Master and der Uni Köln. Meine aktuelle Wohnung im Kwartier Latäng ist zwar schön, allerdings wird sie mir langsam etwas zu klein. Vor allem suche ich nach etwas Hellerem und mit dickeren Wänden, da ich gerade recht viel von meinen Nachbarinnen und Nachbarn, aber nicht wirklich von der Sonne mitbekomme. Mir sind Ruhe, Privatsphäre und Harmonie innerhalb der Hausgemeinschaft wichtig. Am liebsten wäre mir eine Wohnung ab 30 qm2 weiterhin im Rathenauviertel, oder auch in Sülz, im Belgischen Viertel oder in Lindenthal. Eine richtige Küche (d.h. mit vier Herdplatten und Ofen) sowie eine Anschlussmöglichkeit für eine eigene Waschmaschine wären großartig. Maximal könnte ich ca. 650€ warm zahlen. Beim Umzugstermin wäre ich flexibel, irgendwann im Juni oder Juli würde mir z.B. gut passen. Ich freue mich auf passende Angebote!
