Hello!
I am looking for a 2 bedroom flat to share with my friend. I am moving to Dusseldorf to complete a MSc degree in Physics, and my friend works as a consultant in a finance firm. We are hoping to rent the apartment from 01/07/2025 for at least two years. We are looking for a place with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen (preferably with a stove), either furnished or unfurnished, preferably located next to shops and public transportation. We don't have pets, so we don't need a place that allows those, but it would be nice to have the option. We don't smoke, and we are both organised and tidy.
Unfortunately, since I have not lived in Germany before I cannot get a Schufa (request now) certificate.
