Dies ist eine möblierte 1-Zimmer-Wohnung. Ein Einzugsdatum auch früher möglich, wenn gewünscht!
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 2. Stock. OG und hat eine Südausrichtung, so dass es derzeit ca. 11-16 Uhr direkte Sonne bekommt. Im Sommer entsprechend länger. Der Balkon hat einen ausklappbaren Tisch und 2 Stühle und ist perfekt zum Sonnenbaden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Hinterhof und ist tagsüber normalerweise sehr ruhig, manchmal hört man Kinder draußen im Kindergarten spielen - man kann die Autos und die Straßenbahn überhaupt nicht hören. Unter mir wird tagsüber fast jeden Tag Klavier gespielt. Musik ist oft spät in der Nacht über mir zu hören, aber der Nachbar ist freundlich und macht mich sofort leiser, wenn ich frage.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Nextbike-Zone.
Kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden.
Sehr gute Verkehrsverbindungen, zu Fuß zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln:
