Das Zimmer ist ca 19qm groß und ist durch die großen Fenster Richtung westen sehr hell und hat nachmittags Sonne. Der ehemalige Mieter wird alle Möbel mitnehmen, sodass das Zimmer leer übernommen werden kann.
Wir wohnen sehr zentral in der Sanderau, nur 1min weg von der Tram Haltestelle Ehehaltenhaus. Um mit dem Bus zum Hubland zu fahren sind es ca 5min Fußweg zur nächsen Haltestelle.
Einkaufsläden sind auch recht nah, zu Norma sind es nur ca 5min, zu Edeka und Teegut läuft man ca 7-9min.
Der Main ist nur 5min entfernt und zum Sanderrasen ist es noch kürzer.
Wir sind Max (21), Leo (20) und Tom (20) und studieren bzw arbeiten hier in Würzburg. Wir verbringen viel Zeit miteinander, ob im Wohnzimmer oder auf dem Balkon, respektieren aber wenn jemand Zeit für sich braucht. Da unsere WG sehr geräumig ist haben wir oft Freunde zu besuch, machen Spieleabende, kochen zusammen oder sitzen einfach auf dem Balkon. Gäste sind immer herzlich wilkommen :)
