The room you would take over is about 17 square meters and it has direct access to the balcony of the WG. You would take it unfurnished and it shows off the road towards the court.

Zu deinem Zimmer:
Das Zimmer, das Du übernehmen würdest, ist ca. 17 qm groß und es hat einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon der WG. Du würdest es unmöbliert übernehmen und es zeigt von der Straße weg in Richtung Hof.
The WG is located in Weende, in the north of Göttingen. By bus you are in about 15 minutes at the Z-Campus and in the city centre (about 3 km). To the north campus are walking approx. 15 min and also the university hospital is only 2 km away. So everything is very good to reach with the bike :)
Die WG liegt in Weende, also im Norden Göttingens. Mit dem Bus bist du in ca. 15 min am Z-Campus und in der Innenstadt (ca 3 km). Zum Nordcampus sind es zu Fuß ca. 15 min und auch das Uniklinikum ist nur 2 km weg. Es ist also alles sehr gut auch mit dem Rad zu erreichen :)

I'm Helena, 20 years old and this year on 01.04. as I started studying medicine for the summer semester.
Simon's 19 years old and moved in a month before me. He studies history and English in the Magisterium.
We are both very open and would be happy if you live in the Wg not only with each other, but also with each other. We are both happy to celebrate, but we are happy to join you in a game evening or a joint cooking, depending on what you want :)
Nun ein bisschen was zu unserer Wg:
Ich bin Helena, 20 Jahre alt und dieses Jahr am 01.04. hier eingezogen, da ich zum Sommersemester angefangen habe, Medizin zu studieren.
Simon ist 19 Jahre alt und einen Monat vor mir eingezogen. Er studiert Geschichte und Englisch auf Lehramt.
Wir sind beide sehr offen und würden uns freuen, wenn man in der Wg nicht nur miteinander wohnt, sondern auch mal gemeinsam was unternimmt. Wir gehen beide gerne feiern, sind aber auch bei nem Spieleabend oder gemeinsamen Kochen gern dabei, je nach dem worauf du auch Lust hast :)
The WG has its own basement compartment. There is also a washing cellar where the WG has its own washing machine.
The kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, oven, microwave and coffee machine. Otherwise there is the bathroom and separately from it the toilet in a small bathroom.
The rental of 455 euros is the total rental, i.e. cold rental plus additional costs, internet and electricity.
If necessary, the intake can also take place a little earlier.

Zur WG gehört ein eigenes Kellerabteil. Außerdem gibt es einen Waschkeller, in dem die WG eine eigene Waschmaschine hat.
Die Küche ist mit Kühlschrank, Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Ansonsten gibt es noch das Badezimmer und separat davon die Toilette in einem kleinen Bad.
Bei der Miete von 455 Euro handelt es sich um die Gesamtmiete, also Kaltmiete plus Nebenkosten, Internet und Strom.
Ggf. kann der Einzug auch etwas früher stattfinden.
