The apartment has a large (approx. 4.50 x 4.50) bedroom/living room with large windows and Franz. Balcony, a separate kitchen with sufficient space for a dining table (approx. 3.30 x 2.70) and a bathroom, everything is opened over a small hallway. The windows are directed at both sides of the building in quiet backyards.
The house is generally quiet, stairwell and outdoor facilities are regularly cleaned and maintained and are therefore always clean and eager.
Ich biete hier meine 1-Zimmer Küche Bad Wohnung in der Mainzer Altstadt zur Nachmiete an.
Die Wohnung verfügt über ein großes (ca. 4,50 x 4,50) schlaf/Wohnzimmer mit großen Fenstern und Franz. Balkon, eine separate Küche mit ausreichend Platz für einen Esstisch (ca. 3,30 x 2,70) und ein Badezimmer, alles wird über einen kleinen Flur erschlossen. Die Fenster sind dabei zu beiden Seiten des Gebäudes in ruhige Hinterhöfe gerichtet.
Das Haus ist allgemein ruhig, Treppenhaus und Außenanlagen werden regelmäßig gereinigt und gepflegt und sind dadurch immer sauber und ansehnlich.
The location of the apartment directly on the Rheingoldhalle offers optimal connection to the ÖPNV and also a short walk to the Dom, Rhein and the Old Town.
The stops Rheingoldhalle/Höfchen are within a 5-minute walk.
Due to the location of the apartment between the courtyard and the Mainzer Altenheim you can ventilate without noise pollution.
Die Lage der Wohnung direkt an der Rheingoldhalle bietet optimale Anbindung an den ÖPNV und auch einen kurzen Fußweg zum Dom, Rhein und in die Altstadt.
Die Haltestellen Rheingoldhalle/Höfchen sind in unter 5min zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Durch die Lage der Wohnung zwischen Innenhof und dem Mainzer Altenheim kann man ohne Lärmbelästigung lüften.
The apartment we rented and managed by Vonovia. Because of the move into a WG, I will take off at short notice to the 1st of May and therefore seek a suitable rental agent.
Gas and electricity can also be obtained via Vonovia, and separate contracts are necessary.
Single kitchen incl. Fridge should be taken over for a discount.
Please only ask serious questions that can implement such a short-term approach.

Die Wohnung wir von Vonovia vermietet und verwaltet. Wegen des Umzugs in eine WG werde ich kurzfristig zum 01.05. ausziehen und suche daher einen passenden Nachmieter.
Gas und Strom können auch über Vonovia bezogen werden, dazu sind separate Verträge notwendig.
Singleküche inkl. Kühlschrank sollen für einen Abschlag mit übernommen werden.
Bitte nur ernsthafte Anfragen die einen so kurzfristigen Einzug umsetzen können.
