We (Sebastian, 28 and Katrin, 23) are looking for a rental apartment in Düsseldorf. We are neat, reliable, have no pets and are non-smoking. Duesseldorf speaks to us especially because of the diverse culture, architecture and proximity to the Rhine.

About us: Sebastian works as a software developer and earns about 4,300€ net monthly, while I, Katrin, are currently completing my Bachelor's degree in English and Psychology. In our free time we photograph, we deal with Japanese culture and cuisine and we like to take excursions. We will be happy to send you current documents such as income proofs and Schufa (request now) information by email or direct message.

We are looking for a nice apartment with at least 2.5 rooms and about 70sqm for about 1,400€ warm. We prefer the districts Unterbilk, Bilk, Flingern, Hafen, Pempelfort and surroundings, but we also like to convince ourselves of other areas. A balcony would also be nice, but is not a must.

Wir (Sebastian, 28 und Katrin, 23) sind auf der Suche nach einer Mietwohnung in Düsseldorf. Wir sind ordentlich, zuverlässig, haben keine Haustiere und sind Nichtraucher. Düsseldorf spricht uns besonders wegen der vielfältigen Kultur, Architektur und der Nähe zum Rhein an.

Über uns: Sebastian arbeitet als Softwareentwickler und verdient circa 4.300€ netto monatlich, während ich, Katrin, momentan mein Bachelorstudium in Anglistik und Psychologie beende. In unserer Freizeit fotografieren wir, beschäftigen uns mit der japanischen Kultur und Küche und machen gerne Ausflüge. Wir suchen: Eine schöne Wohnung mit mindestens 2.5 Zimmern und circa 70qm für ungefähr 1.400€ warm. Wir bevorzugen die Stadtteile Unterbilk, Bilk, Flingern, Hafen, Pempelfort und Umgebung, wir lassen uns aber auch gerne von anderen Stadtteilen überzeugen. Ein Balkon wäre ebenfalls schön, ist allerdings kein Muss.
