The room is beautifully large, optimally cut, and has parquet flooring. Thanks to the large windows it is very bright during the day. The shutters can also completely darken the room at night.
Das Zimmer ist schön groß, optimal geschnitten, und hat Parkettboden. Dank der großen Fenster ist es tagsüber sehr hell. Durch die Rolläden kann man den Raum nachts aber auch vollständig abdunkeln.
Best location in Poppelsdorf! A bus stop is within 3 minutes walking distance (bus runs 5 minutes to Hbf). Edeka and net as well as numerous bars and restaurants are located directly on the other side of the street.
The neighbors (also WGs and young couples) are super correct and helpful.
Beste Lage in Poppelsdorf! Eine Bushaltestelle ist in 3 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar (Bus fährt 5 Minuten bis Hbf). Edeka und Netto sowie zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants befinden direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite.

Da Carlu voraussichtlich in einem Jahr ausziehen wird, besteht für dich perspektivisch die Möglichkeit, die Wohnung für dich alleine zu mieten oder dir einen neuen Mitbewohner zu suchen.
