The location of the apartment is perfect! You need to get to the next bus stop (Kasseler Straße) and to the Kasseler Tor train station about 5 minutes walk. The city centre and the KatHo are also within about 10 minutes and the university can be reached in about 20 minutes walking distance. There are also shops nearby (such as Rewe, Rossmann or Marktkauf).

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt! Du benötigst zur nächsten Bushaltestelle (Kasseler Straße) und zum Bahnhof Kasseler Tor ca. 5 min. zu Fuß. Auch die Innenstadt und die KatHo sind innerhalb von ca. 10 min. und die Uni in ca. 20 min. fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden (wie z.B. Rewe, Rossmann oder Marktkauf).

Ilka (21) and Marlène (21) are currently living in the WG. Ilka studies media science in the Bachelor and is a calm, relaxed person. She likes to read, binged the one or other series once a day and likes to do something with friends. She also loves music and is there at every concert.
Marlène studies music at primary school and loves to make music and live creatively. She is an open and serene person who likes to be among humans, but still needs to rest. Environmental protection is also very important to her.

It is very important to us that everyone in the WG feels comfortable. We are always open to a coffee, a glass of wine or common food in the “Flur” or in the summer on the balcony, but everyone can always retreat to his room. A certain cleanliness and order are also important to us so that we have a well-functioning cleaning plan.

Aktuell wohnen Ilka (21) und Marlène (21) in der WG. Ilka studiert Medienwissenschaften im Bachelor und ist eine ruhige, entspannte Person. Sie liest gerne, binged die ein oder andere Serie mal am Tag und unternimmt gerne was mit Freunden. Außerdem liebt sie Musik und ist bei jedem Konzert dabei.
Marlène studiert Musik auf Grundschullehramt und liebt es, Musik zu machen und sich kreativ auszuleben. Sie ist eine offene und gelassene Person die gerne unter Menschen ist, aber trotzdem auch ab und zu ihre Ruhe braucht. Auch der Umweltschutz liegt ihr sehr am Herzen.

Uns ist es sehr wichtig, dass sich jeder in der WG wohlfühlt. Wir sind immer offen für einen Kaffee, ein Gläschen Wein oder gemeinsames Essen im „Flur“ oder im Sommer auf dem Balkon, aber es kann sich jeder auch immer in sein Zimmer zurückziehen. Eine gewisse Sauberkeit und Ordnung sind uns ebenfalls wichtig, sodass wir einen gut funktionierenden Putzplan haben.
