Hi! Ab sofort gibt es ein geräumiges helles Zimmer (20m²) in meiner Altbauwohnung zu mieten. Superspontan bis Ende April zum Ankommen. Oder auch - nach Absprache bis Ende Mai. Es gibt einen netten Mitbewohner (mich ;) ).
Im Zimmer hast du einen schicken Holzdielenboden, einen grünen Berliner Ofen, Holzbalken in der Wand und ein in der Wand eingelassenes Regal (als ich vor 10 Jahren die Wohnung mit einem Freund selbst ausgebaut habe, haben wir das da hineingebaut).
Es steht auch noch ein gestimmtes Klavier herum, welches - in Maßen - genutzt werden kann.
Die Wohnung hat 2 sehr geräumige Zimmer, eine große Küche, Tageslichtbad, einen Balkon und einen Flur mit integrierter Fahrradwerkstatt und Kletterwand. Sie wurde 2021 saniert. Ein paar Worte zu mir, dem befristeten Mitbewohni: Ich bin leidenschaftlicher Musiker, Lehrer - in Elternzeit - und mische zur Zeit mein neues Album am Rechner.
Komm doch einfach vorbei und schaus dir an, wenn du etwas kurzfristiges suchst. Dann quatschen wir einfach mal in der Küche.

Hey. I decided to share my flat for a limited time (so far). I live in Mariannenstr. and have a spare beautiful room (see pics) from now on. I decided that it would cost 150€ till beginning of may. If you need more time.. we could also talk about renting until end of may. You share the flat with me - im a musician. These days im going to spend some time at home cause i had a stomach operation. let's have a tea together. oh - i forgot - you have a piano on your room that you can use. the flat is quite big, there's a balcony. see you around :)

Faaallls du rauchst, wäre es schön, wenn du das auf dem Balkon tust. Ansonsten ernähre ich mich vegetarisch (mir egal was du isst) und koch auch mal gern für Alle.
