Hallöchen, from 01.05. to 27.05. is a room in our double apartment free for short-term accommodation if someone has to look for a long-term residence.
The total rental is 360 € all-inclusive (also Internet), plus a deposit of 200€. If necessary, a sub-rental contract can be concluded.
Location: The student residence is located directly on the campus of the Rhein-Sieg University, 8 minutes from line 66 to Bonn and Siegburg/Köln. The University of Bonn can be reached in 30 minutes by tram.
Aldi, Edeka, dm, Saturn, package stores, fashion, food, etc. are all located in the HUMA shopping centre, about a 10-minute walk away. Lidl, net and Tedi are also in the corner.
Equipment: The room is spacious and beautifully furnished and has a single bed incl. Latten grate and mattress, a desk and cabinets. A large balcony invites you to sunbathe. In addition, clothes rack, tumble dryer, ironing table, dining table, mirror, floor lamp, fan etc. are available from the main renter.
The kitchen has two-plate hob with extractor hood and storage space in upper and lower cabinets, an electric kettle and two refrigerators. Kitchen and bathroom are shared with another renter.
The bathroom is equipped with floor tiles and is modern with a walk-in shower, a warming towel holder and a large mirror.
An internal storage space is available for storage. Three washing machines and two dryers are available in the basement for your laundry.
Your bike is also safe and dry in the basement area provided for this purpose.

Lage: das Studentenwohnheim befindet sich direkt am Campus der Hochschule Rhein-Sieg, 8 Minuten entfernt von Linie 66 zu Bonn und Siegburg/Köln. Die Universität Bonn ist in 30 Minuten mit der Straßenbahn zu erreichen.
Aldi, Edeka, dm, Saturn, Paketfilialen, Mode, Essen, usw. befinden sich alle im Einkaufszentrum HUMA, ca. 10 Gehminuten entfernt. Auch Lidl, Netto und Tedi sind in der Ecke.
Ausstattung: Das Zimmer ist geräumig und schön möbliert und verfügt über ein Einzelbett inkl. Lattenrost und Matratze, einen Schreibtisch und Schränke. Ein großer Balkon lädt zum Sonnenbaden ein. Außerdem stehen Garderobenständer, Wäschetrockner, Bügeltisch, Esstisch, Spiegel, Stehlampe, Ventilator usw. von der Hauptmieterin zur Verfügung.
Die Küche verfügt über zwei-Plattenherd mit Dunstabzugshaube sowie Stauraum in Ober- und Unterschränken, einen Wasserkocher und zwei Kühlschränke. Küche und Bad werden mit einer anderen Mieterin geteilt.
Das Badezimmer ist mit Bodenfliesen und ist mit einer ebenerdigen Dusche, einem wärmenden Handtuchhalter und einem großen Spiegel modern ausgestattet.
Für Stauraum steht ein wohnungsinterner Abstellraum zur Verfügung. Für Deine Wäsche stehen im Keller drei Waschmaschinen und zwei Trockner bereit.
Auch Dein Fahrrad ist im dafür vorgesehenen Kellerbereich sicher und trocken abgestellt.

My roommate is very nice and clean. If you have any questions during the rental, you can always report to her if I were not available.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist sehr nett und sauber. Bei Fragen während der Untermietung kann man immer bei ihr melden, falls ich nicht verfügbar wäre.
