we offer a wonderful room in our 4s WG, which consists of a bedroom and a separate living/working room. With a total of 29m2 you have enough space here to feel comfortable and shape your own four walls as you like. It is furnished and has everything you need - 1.8m bed, couch, 4m wardrobe, desk, TV etc.
For the 4 inhabitants of the Wohung there are 2 freshly renovated bathrooms with rain shower. So in the morning you don't have to worry about the bathroom being occupied. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, microwave etc and offers everything you need for daily cooking.

wir bieten ein wunderbares Zimmer in unserer 4er-WG an, das aus einem Schlafzimmer und einem separaten Wohn/Arbeitszimmer besteht. Mit insgesamt 29m2 hast du hier genug Platz, um dich wohlzufühlen und deine eigenen vier Wände so zu gestalten, wie du magst. Es wird möbiliert vermietet und verfügt über alles, was du brauchst - 1,8m Bett, Couch, 4m Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Fernseher etc.
Für die 4 Bewohner der Wohung gibt es 2 frisch renovierte Bäder mit Regendusche. Morgens brauchst du dir also keine Sorgen machen, dass das Bad besetzt ist. Die Küche ist mit Herd, Backofen, Mikrowelle etc ausgestattet und bietet damit alles, was du fürs tägliche Kochen brauchst.
The apartment is located in a quiet location quite centrally in Frankfurt-Eschersheim. The underground station “Lindenbaum” (U1,U2,U3,U8) and S-Bahn station “Eschersheim” can be reached on foot within 5-10 minutes.
The city centre (main guard) needs about 10-15 minutes. All Campi (except Low Wheel) are in 8 (Westend) and 25 min. (Bockenheim).
A REWE is right around the corner. If you want a little bigger, you can also drive by car in 5-10 minutes to the Lidl and Aldi. Also not 5 minutes away, perfect for jogging and walking, the Niddapark. For a hot summer, the Eschersheimer Strandbad by bicycle is approx. 8 min and about 15 walking distance for cooling. :
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Lage recht zentral in Frankfurt-Eschersheim. Die U-Bahn-Station „Lindenbaum“ (U1,U2,U3,U8) und S-Bahn-Station „Eschersheim“ sind zu Fuß innerhalb von 5-10 Minuten erreichbar.
In die Innenstadt (Hauptwache) braucht man ca. 10-15 Minuten. Alle Campi (außer Niederrad) sind in 8 (Westend) und 25 Min. (Bockenheim) zu erreichen.
Ein REWE liegt direkt um die Ecke. Wer es etwas größer möchte, kann auch mit dem Auto in 5-10 Min. zum Lidl und Aldi fahren. Ebenfalls keine 5 Min. entfernt liegt, perfekt zum Joggen und Spazieren gehen, der Niddapark. Für einen heißen Sommer liegt das Eschersheimer Strandbad mit dem Fahrrad ca. 8 Min. und ca. 15 zu Fuß zur Abkühlung entfernt. :)
The WG currently consists of three guys (Bachelor and Master). Everyone is super open and happy to meet you. We would like to do this in person so that we can ensure that it fits both sides.
What is important to us is that the WG is kept clean and you are an open person who is not just hidden in her room.

Die WG besteht aktuell aus drei Jungs (Bachelor und Master). Alle sind super offen und freuen sich dich kennenzulernen. Das möchten wir gerne in Person machen, damit wir sicherstellen können, dass es für beide Seiten passt.
Was uns wichtig ist, dass die WG sauber gehalten wird und du eine offene Person bist, welche sich nicht nur in ihrem Zimmer versteckt.
