In the middle of Stuttgart-Süd, the charming neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and friendly neighbors, I offer an approx. 16sqm large room. It is preferable for someone who commutes or uses the room as a professional in Stuttgart to stay here.
Currently there is a partial furniture consisting of a sofa bed, a bedside crow, lounge chair and a clothes rod.
The old building apartment is on the 1st floor and offers a modern kitchen with all appliances and small loggia, as well as a shower room, cellar, bicycle cellar and laundry dryer. Overall the apartment measures 65qm, divided into 3 rooms all connected to each other and the hallway. The living room is not part of the co-use. It is heated in winter with an original gas oven heating.
The infrastructure could not be better, almost outside the door is the 43 bus, Bopser about 8 min away, Marienplatz about 10 min and Breuninger can be created in 18min.
The rental price includes additional costs.
I am 38, aspiring teacher, non-smoker and share the apartment with my dog. Ideally, you will find a loving, stormy greeting of fur nose well and feel it as an enrichment.
I place great value on cleanliness and order, I am rather clean and minimalist on the go, so in the apartment.
I like to cook, read, learn and am a lot in nature.

Aktuell gibt es eine Teilmöblierung die aus einer Schlafcouch besteht, einem Nachtschränkchen, Lounge Stuhl und einer Kleiderstange.
Die Altbau-Wohnung ist im 1. Stock und bietet eine neuwertige Küche mit allen Geräten und kleiner Loggia, außerdem ein Duschbad, Keller, Fahrradkeller und Waschtrockner. Insgesamt misst die Wohnung 65qm, aufgeteilt auf 3 Zimmer die alle miteinander und dem Flur verbunden sind. Das Wohnzimmer gehört nicht zur Mitbenutzung. Geheizt wird im Winter mit einer Original Gas-Ofen Heizung.

Ich lege großen Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung, ich bin selbst eher clean und minimalistisch unterwegs, so auch in der Wohnung.
Ich koche gern, lese, lerne und bin viel in der Natur.
