Unfortunately, as I will move out of my beautiful WG room in Frankfurt on June 1st, I'm looking for a rental agent. Officially the room is free from 01.06, but we can also talk about whether you can move in a bit earlier.
The room is 18 m2 and is located on the south side of the apartment. The monthly rent is 450€ hot with all additional costs. The room is furnished with everything you see in the pictures and is handed over by me. The complete facility is about 1.5 years old and was bought by me when I moved in.

The apartment is located in the 1st OG of a multi-family house. It is about 85 m2 and has a renovated kitchen (including dishwasher, oven and refrigerator) and a renovated bathroom (including washing machine).
Da ich leider zum 01. Juni aus meinem schönen WG-Zimmer in Frankfurt ausziehen werde, suche ich jetzt einen Nachmieter. Offiziell ist das Zimmer ab dem 01.06. frei, gerne können wir aber auch darüber sprechen, ob du etwas früher einziehen kannst.
Das Zimmer ist 18 m² groß und befindet sich auf der Südseite der Wohnung. Die monatliche Miete beträgt 450€ warm mit allen Nebenkosten. Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit allem, was du auf den Bildern siehst und wird von mir einzugsbereit übergeben. Die komplette Einrichtung ist ca. 1,5 Jahre alt und wurde von mir gekauft, als ich eingezogen bin.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Sie ist ca. 85 m² groß und verfügt über eine renovierte Küche (inkl. Spülmaschine, Backofen und Kühlschrank) und ein renoviertes Bad (inkl. Waschmaschine).
The S-Bahn Station Frankfurt (Main) Rödelheim is a 4-minute walk away (lines S3, S4, S5). In 9 minutes you can take the S-Bahn at the main railway station, in 12 minutes at the main station (center of Frankfurt). There is also a bus station in front of the door. A metro stop (U6/7) is also 10 minutes walk away.
The university can also be reached by bike in 20 minutes.
Several shopping facilities (Lidl, Rewe, Penny, Tegut) are also within walking distance. In addition, a Rossmann has recently opened almost directly opposite. There are also many restaurants, doctors, pharmacies, post offices and more.
5 minutes away, there are two parks suitable for jogging/splitting/picking. You can also complete beautiful cycling tours along the Nidda.
Die S-Bahn Station Frankfurt (Main) Rödelheim ist 4 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (Linien S3, S4, S5). In 9 Minuten ist man mit der S-Bahn am Hauptbahnhof, in 12 Minuten an der Hauptwache (Zentrum von Frankfurt). Außerdem befindet sich quasi direkt vor der Haustür eine Busstation. 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt ist außerdem eine U-Bahn Haltestelle (U6/7).
Die Uni ist auch mit dem Fahrrad in 20 Minuten zu erreichen.
Mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Rewe, Penny, Tegut) befinden sich ebenfalls in Fußnähe. Außerdem hat vor kurzem ein Rossmann fast direkt gegenüber eröffnet. In der Umgebung sind auch viele Restaurants, Ärzte, Apotheken, Poststellen uvm. zu finden.
5 Minuten entfernt befinden sich zwei Parks, die zum Joggen/Spazieren/Picknicken geeignet sind. Außerdem kann man an der Nidda entlang schöne Radtouren absolvieren.
Marisa and Franziska live in the WG. Marisa studies economics in the Bachelor and Franziska Musicology at the Master.
Both are the most time in the university and at work, but of course they are looking forward to an open and beautiful approach in the house. Otherwise, we are always down for nen coffee in the city or a cozy WG evening.
This is no purpose WG, which is why we place a great deal of emphasis on cleanliness and personality!
In der WG wohnen Marisa und Franziska. Marisa studiert Wirtschaftswissenschaften im Bachelor und Franziska Musikwissenschaft im Master.
Beide sind die meiste Zeit in der Uni und am Arbeiten, freuen sich aber natürlich über einen offenen und schönen Umgang im Haus. Ansonsten sind wir natürlich immer down für nen Kaffee in der Stadt oder einen gemütlichen WG-Abend.
Das hier keine Zweck WG, weshalb wir sehr viel Wert auf Sauberkeit und Persönlichkeit legen!
The monthly total rental is 450€ including all incidental costs (power, water, wlan, etc.).
A deposit of € 1,050 is also collected.
For furniture in the room and the joint WG purchases, a 800€ detachment is collected.

Für die Möbel im Zimmer und die gemeinschaftlichen WG-Anschaffungen wird eine Ablöse von 800€ erhoben.
