Bright WG room on the green ground 01.06. Helles WG-Zimmer am Grünen Grund zum 01.06.

The apartment is directly on the green ground, a large lawn area, which is listed as a monument. So it is very quiet and relaxed here - no street noise. Especially when it is warm you can play Frisbee, Football or Spikeball, grill or just groom in the sun.

In 10 minutes you will be at the Aasee, where you can walk or jog and in 5 minutes in the Sentmaringer Park, which is great for a small walk.
There are many shopping opportunities (Rewe, Lidl, Superbiomarket, weekly market Wednesdays and Saturdays directly around the corner, net, Edeka).

The city centre and the castle are 10 minutes by bike, the campus on the Coesfelder Kreuz and the railway station are 15 minutes away.

Generally, the green reason has a great location, even the transport connection is very good. Several bus lines take you to the station in 10 minutes.

Die Wohnung ist direkt am Grünen Grund, einer große Rasenfläche, die unter Denkmalschutz steht. Es ist also sehr ruhig und entspannt hier - kein Straßenlärm. Vor allem wenn es warm ist kann man hier Frisbee, Fußball oder Spikeball spielen, grillen oder einfach nur in der Sonne lümmeln.

In 10 Minuten bist du beim Aasee, wo man schön spazieren oder joggen gehen kann und in 5 Minuten im Sentmaringer Park, der sich super für eine kleine Spazierrunde eignet.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es viele (Rewe, Lidl, Superbiomarkt, Wochenmarkt mittwochs und samstags direkt um die Ecke, Netto, Edeka).

In die Innenstadt und zum Schloss sind es mit dem Fahrrad zehn Minuten, den Campus am Coesfelder Kreuz sowie den Bahnhof erreicht man in 15 Minuten.

Generell hat der Grüne Grund eine super Lage, auch die Verkehrsanbindung ist sehr gut. Mehrere Buslinien bringen einen in 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof.

With you will live:

Loredana, 22, now studies dental medicine in the 6th semester. She likes to be out there and goes a lot on concerts, (culture) events or dancing. At least once a month, the LWL will go to the museum night or visit the art hall at the port.

Francesco, 28, has recently completed his Master's degree in water sciences. He lives the longest in the WG and is the main tenant. He likes to go boulders and is currently working there by the way. Sometimes you hear him play on his guitar.

Helen, 23, studies psychology in the second semester. She likes to go to cafes or out into nature and usually has a cool knitting project running. Currently she starts rowing again, but also practices in the boulder hall.

Overall, it is a loose, quiet and relaxed WG. All have their own life, but we are definitely not a purpose WG. We like to do something together in different constellations. For example, there is usually a person for bullying, playing table tennis in front of the door, cooking together or driving to the channel/aasee.

At the same time you can always take time for yourself or for learning and make the door :)

Mit dir wohnen werden:

Loredana, 22, studiert mittlerweile im 6. Semester Zahnmedizin. Sie ist gerne draußen unterwegs und geht viel auf Konzerte, (Kultur)Events oder tanzen. Mindestens einmal im Monat wird ins LWL zur Museumsnacht gegangen oder die Kunsthalle am Hafen besucht.

Francesco, 28, hat kürzlich seinen Masterabschluss in Wasserwissenschaften gemacht. Er wohnt am längsten in der WG und ist dadurch Hauptmieter. Er geht sehr gerne Bouldern und arbeitet dort aktuell auch nebenbei. Manchmal hört man ihn - leider recht leise - auf seiner Gitarre spielen.

Helen, 23, studiert im 2. Semester Psychologie. Sie geht gerne in Cafés oder raus in die Natur und hat meistens ein cooles Strickprojekt am Laufen. Aktuell fängt sie wieder mit dem Rudern an, aber übt sich auch mal in der Boulderhalle.

Insgesamt ist es eine lockere, ruhige und entspannte WG. Alle haben ihr eigenes Leben, aber wir sind definitiv keine Zweck-WG. Wir unternehmen gerne in unterschiedlichen Konstellationen etwas miteinander. Es findet sich z.B. meistens eine Person zum Quatschen, vor der Tür Tischtennis spielen, gemeinsam kochen oder an den Kanal/Aasee fahren.

Gleichzeit kann man auch immer mal Zeit für sich oder zum Lernen nehmen, und die Tür zu machen :)

The house has an attic, which is completely empty and can be suspended in the laundry or also made sports. For example, Francesco has recently suspended a boxing bag :) The washing machine is in the basement. There we also have our own large cellar room. Besides, the house has a small garden we can use.

Das Haus hat einen Dachboden, der komplett leer steht und in dem Wäsche aufgehangen oder auch Sport gemacht werden kann. Francesco hat z.B. kürzlich einen Boxsack aufgehangen :) Die Waschmaschine steht unten im Keller. Dort haben wir auch einen eigenen großen Kellerraum. Außerdem hat das Haus einen kleinen Garten, den wir mitbenutzen können.
