I rent a beautiful, bright single apartment in Eichstätt in a quiet but still close to the center. She is freshly renovated and is looking forward to a nice post-rental.
It consists of a living/sleeping room, a kitchen-living room, a hallway, a bathroom with bathtub and shower as well as connection for the washing machine. It is rounded off by a small storage room. The existing garage can be used to park a bicycle or to store a set of tires. A basement compartment or parking space for the car is not available, this can be parked at the edge of the road.
The apartment is currently empty and can be purchased at short notice after consultation. There is no kitchen, the apartment is unfurnished.
It is located in the basement of a multi-family house in a quiet yet central location. The city centre is approx. 10-15 minutes walk, the next shopping is about 5-10 minutes away. The university can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. The train station and bus are also approx. 15-20 minutes walk.

After Ingolstadt it is about 25 minutes by car or about. 25-30 minutes by bus or train.

The rent is 600 € mtl. incl. operating costs. Apartment stream/Internet/phone is not included yet. Deposit is €1,140.

The apartment is rented in freshly renovated condition. Pets allowed only on request.

Ich vermiete eine schöne, helle Singlewohnung in Eichstätt in ruhiger, aber dennoch zentrumsnaher Wohnlage. Sie ist frisch renoviert und freut sich auf einen netten Nachmieter/eine nette Nachmieterin.
Sie besteht aus einem Wohn-/Schlafzimmer, einer Wohnküche, einem Flur, einem Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Dusche sowie Anschluss für die Waschmaschine. Abgerundet wird sie durch einen kleinen Abstellraum. Die vorhandene Garage kann zum Abstellen eines Fahrrades oder zum Lagern von einem Satz Reifen mitbenutzt werden. Ein Kellerabteil oder ein Stellplatz für das Auto ist nicht vorhanden, dieses kann am Straßenrand abgestellt werden.
Die Wohnung steht derzeit leer und kann nach Absprache ggf. auch kurzfristig bezogen werden. Eine Küche ist nicht vorhanden, die Wohnung ist unmöbliert.
Sie befindet sich im Untergeschoss eines Mehrfamilienhauses in ruhiger, dennoch zentraler Lage. In die Innenstadt sind es ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß, die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in ca. 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Universität kann fußläufig in etwa 20 Minuten erreicht werden. Zum Bahnhof und zum Bus sind es ebenfalls ca. 15-20 Minuten zu Fuß.

Nach Ingolstadt sind es etwa 25 Minuten mit dem Auto oder ca. 25-30 Minuten mit dem Schnellbus oder der Bahn.

Die Miete beläuft sich auf 600 € mtl. inkl. Betriebskostenpauschale. Wohnungsstrom/Internet/Telefon ist hierbei noch nicht beinhaltet. Die Kaution beträgt 1.140 €.

Die Wohnung wird in frisch renoviertem Zustand vermietet. Haustiere nur auf Anfrage erlaubt.
