Hey you loved ones🌞 In our Wg a room is free:) The room is about 13sqm large and very advantageously cut. It is very bright and friendly. You also have a look directly at the Gaisberg and often mega beautiful sunrises!:)
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and pantry, a bathroom and a toilet. There is also a laundry room and a dryer in the house. There is plenty of space in the hallway for bicycles, each apartment has a basement compartment and there is a lift.
The room is unfurnished. 💌
Hey ihr Lieben🌞 In unserer Wg wird ein Zimmer frei:) Das Zimmer ist ca 13qm groß und sehr vorteilhaft geschnitten. Es ist sehr hell und freundlich. Man hat außerdem einen Blick direkt auf den Gaisberg und oft mega schöne Sonnenaufgänge!:)
Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Spülmaschine & Speisekammer, ein Bad und ein WC. Im Haus befindet sich außerdem eine Waschküche und ein Trockner. Im Hausflur gibt es viel Platz für Fahrräder, jede Wohnung hat ein Kellerabteil und es gibt einen Lift.
Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert übergeben. 💌
The apartment is located in the beautiful Nonntal - so still central and yet close to nature:) So if you like to be out, riding a bike, jogging or just want to take a little walk in the green in the evening, you are right here!
Now to the really important things:))
You have the bus stop right in front of the front door and come easily to the city or directly to the train station. If you want to walk, you will be in the old town in 10-15 minutes and you can also reach everything by bike.
It is also very practical that the savings and DM are only 500m away, so you can also walk there.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im schönen Nonntal - also immer noch zentral und trotzdem nah an der Natur:) Wenn du also gerne draußen bist, Fahrrad fährst, joggst oder einfach mal Abends einen kleinen Spaziergang im Grünen machen möchtest, bist du hier genau richtig!
Jetzt aber noch zu den wirklich wichtigen Dingen:))
Man hat die Bushaltestation direkt vor der Haustür und kommt so ganz easy in die Stadt oder auch auf direktem Weg zum Bahnhof. Falls man doch mal Lust hat zu laufen, ist man in 10-15 min in der Altstadt und kann auch sonst alles mit dem Fahrrad erreichen.
Sehr praktisch ist auch, dass der Spar und DM nur 500m entfernt sind, sodass man auch da hin laufen kann.

In our WG everything is very relaxed and unattended. We live according to the motto "Everything can, nothing has to." Accordingly, we are very open to spontaneous activities. In our free time we like to walk, to the gym or to yoga. We are happy to go to new cafés and bars, which we then try with our friends.
Sophia loves her screen carrier machine and enchants one or other artwork inform of Cappuccino.
In our WG, we are very important for a thorough handling and order and cleanliness. Once a week, one of us (rotating system) cleanses the entire apartment, i.e. all areas that are shared. Everyone is responsible for his room.

Wir sind Sophia (21) und Antonia (20) und wohnen seit Oktober 2024 zusammen in
Salzburg.
In unserer WG ist alles sehr entspannt und ungezwungen. Wir leben nach dem Motto "Alles kann, nichts muss." Entsprechend sind wir sehr offen für spontane Unternehmungen. In unserer Freizeit gehen wir gerne laufen, ins Gym oder zum Yoga. Gerne gehen wir in neue Cafés und Bars, die wir dann mit unseren Freunden ausprobieren.
Sophia liebt ihre Siebträgermaschine und zaubert das ein oder andere Kunstwerk inform von Cappuccino.
Uns sind in unserer WG ein rücksichtsvoller Umgang sowie Ordnung und Sauberkeit sehr wichtig. Einmal die Woche putzt eine von uns (rotierendes System) die gesamte Wohnung, also alle Bereiche, die gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden. Für sein Zimmer ist jeder selbst zuständig.
