The apartment consists of three WG rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is located on the 3rd floor of a multi-family house.
For warm rental (565€) there are costs for Internet and GEZ.
Especially: You have a private balcony, directly at room 🌞 (the balcony will leave unfurnished)
The room is furnished: desk, desk chair and Ikea dresser are property of the landlord.
In addition, I leave the bed, curtains and wardrobe. The wardrobe is new and was purchased only last year. The furniture must be taken over (for costs see redeeming agreement, 600€). Please write only if this is possible for you (please write directly in the text) 😊
The draw is possible at the earliest from 08.07.
Die Wohnung besteht aus drei WG-Zimmern, Küche und Bad. Sie befindet sich im 3. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses.
Zur Warmmiete (565€) kommen Kosten für Internet und GEZ dazu.
Besonders: Du hast einen eigenen Balkon, direkt am Zimmer 🌞 (der Balkon wird unmöbiliert hinterlassen)
Das Zimmer wird möbiliert vermietet: Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl und Ikea Kommode sind Eigentum des Vermieters.
Zusätzlich lasse ich das Bett, Gardinen und den Kleiderschrank da. Der Kleiderschrank ist neu und wurde erst letztes Jahr angeschafft. Die Möbel müssen zwingend übernommen werden (Kosten siehe Ablösevereinbarung, 600€). Bitte schreibt daher nur, wenn das für dich auch möglich ist (gerne direkt in den Text dazuschreiben) 😊
Der Einzug ist frühestens ab 08.07 möglich.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area near the DFB campus stop. The bus line 84 travels about 200m away. A Rewe City is within walking distance and there are other shopping opportunities in the office town of Niederrad. Pharmacy, DHL, Hermes, a baker and beverage market are approx.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet in der Nähe der Haltestelle DFB- Campus. Die Buslinie 84 fährt ca. 200m entfernt. Ein Rewe City ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen, weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es in der Bürostadt Niederrad. Apotheke, DHL, Hermes, ein Bäcker und Getränkemarkt sind ca.

Currently living in WG Golshan and Yasmin. Both are already working, Yasmin works as a physiotherapist and Golshan at the Goethe University. Golshan also works in part in the Home Office.
Although everyone has their own process, it is important to us that one is well-known to one another. The A and
O. Otherwise we have a fixed cleaning plan that works well for us.
There are washing machines in the basement that can be used by the tenants (free).

Aktuell wohnen in der WG Golshan und Yasmin. Beide sind bereits berufstätig, Yasmin arbeitet als Physiotherapeutin und Golshan an der Goethe Universität. Teilweise arbeitet Golshan auch im Home Office.
Zwar hat jeder seinen eigenen Ablauf, dennoch ist es uns wichtig, dass man sich miteinander gut ver-steht. Gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme ist das A und
O. Ansonsten haben wir einen festen Putzplan, der für uns gut funktioniert.
Es gibt Waschmaschinen im Keller, die von den Mietern (kostenlos) genutzt werden können.
Ich selber habe drei Jahre in der WG gewohnt :)
