Your room was refurbished last year, has a window towards the southwest and is therefore beautifully bright. There are also solid roller blinds on the outside of the window that darken properly and cool the room even in summer. The room goes out to the Bornaan - so it is a little louder with open windows due to trams and lively neighborhoods. Unfortunately, it is necessary to live with the carpet, some inhabitants have covered laminate.
We have a large bathroom, a small toilet and a large bright kitchen, which serves as the main place of reference. We also have a balcony (exit from the bathroom) that can be managed.
Dein Zimmer wurde letztes Jahr neu renoviert, hat ein Fenster Richtung Südwest und ist daher schön hell. Es gibt auch feste Rollos auf der Außenseite des Fensters, die richtig gut abdunkeln und das Zimmer auch im Sommer abkühlen. Das Zimmer geht zur Bornaischen raus - daher ist es mit offenen Fenstern wegen Straßenbahnen und belebtem Viertel ab und an ein wenig lauter. Mit dem Teppichboden muss leider gelebt werden, manche Bewohnis haben sich Laminat drübergelegt.
Wir haben ein großes Bad, ein kleines WC und eine große helle Küche, die als Hauptbegegnungsort dient. Einen Balkon haben wir auch (geht aus dem Bad heraus), der gerne bewirtschaftet werden kann.
The apartment is located in Connewitz, a beautiful neighborhood with great pubs and many delicious snack shops. The trams 9 and 11 are almost in front of the house, and the 10 is also around the corner. The net consumption in 5 minutes can be reached, otherwise there is a rewe, about 10 min walk. The Cossi and the Markkleeberger (See) are only about 20-25 minutes away by bike, which is quite brilliant in summer.
Die Wohnung liegt in Connewitz, einem wunderschönen Viertel mit tollen Kneipen und viele leckeren Imbissläden. Die Straßenbahnen 9 und 11 halten fast vor dem Haus, und die 10 ist auch gleich um die Ecke. Der Netto in 2 min erreichbar Konsum in 5, sonst gibt es noch einen Rewe, etwa 10 min zu Fuß. Der Cossi und der Markkleeberger (See) sind mit dem Rad nur etwa 20-25 min entfernt, was im Sommer ziemlich genial ist.
Hendrik, Martin and future roommates are currently living here. All of them go different jobs after studying to work. We like to do something together like cooking together in our cozy kitchen, going to the cinema, drinking a beer or similar, not always easy to find an appointment for everyone. But whoever has time is there, and whoever does not, maybe next time. Of course, everyone can also crawl into his room and have time for themselves.
We want a relaxed and friendly coexistence. Communication and mindfulness, as well as a WG-ready sense of order and cleanliness are very important to us.
IMPORTANT: We are currently in the rental dispute with our landlord. That means if you want to stay here permanently, we don't know if you get a main lease. We are currently regulating this through subletting. We are regularly with a lawyer and hope that a lasting solution will be found in the near future.
Zur Zeit wohnen hier Hendrik, Martin und zukünftige Mitbewohner:innen. Alle gehen unterschiedlichen Beschäftigungen nach von Studium bis Arbeit ist alles dabei. Wir unternehmen gerne mal was zusammen wie gemeinsames kochen in unsere gemütlichen Wohnküche, ins Kino gehen, ein Bier trinken oder Ähnliches, wobei es nicht immer einfach ist, einen Termin für alle zu finden. Aber wer Zeit hat, ist eben dabei, und wer nicht, schafft es vielleicht nächste Mal. Natürlich darf sich jeder auch gerne in sein Zimmer verkriechen und Zeit für sich haben.
Wir haben Lust auf ein entspanntes und freundschaftliches Zusammenleben.
Kommunikation und Achtsamkeit, sowie ein WG-tauglicher Sinn für Ordnung und Sauberkeit sind für uns sehr wichtig.
