The room is 12 sqm. The apartment, therefore also your room, is designed with a beautiful brown vinyl floor. The room has beautiful slopes. Through 2 windows it is light-filled and bright. These windows have beautiful large window benches where you can place plants or the like. The room is oriented to the court and thus freed from traffic noise.
The highlight of the apartment is of course the duplex, through which we have a shared living room. There is also access to our balcony. The living room can still be shaped by you, as we have not yet set up much.
The room is unfurnished.
Zimmer
Das Zimmer ist 12qm gross. Die Wohnung, somit auch dein Zimmer, ist mit einem schönen braunen Vinylboden ausgelegt. Das Zimmer hat schöne Schrägen. Durch 2 Fenster ist es lichtdurchflutet und hell. Diese Fenster haben schöne, grosse Fensterbänke, wo du Pflanzen oder ähnliches abstellen kannst. Das Zimmer ist zum Hof ausgerichtet und damit befreit vom Verkehrslärm.
Das Highlight der Wohnung ist natürlich die Maisonette, durch welche wir ein gemeinsam nutzbares Wohnzimmer haben. Dort gibt es auch den Zugang zu unserem Balkon. Das Wohnzimmer kann von dir noch mitgestaltet werden, da wir selbst noch nicht viel eingerichtet haben.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbiliert.
We live in Mauritz, a beautiful neighborhood. Many students live here: inside, but also families. Only Wg`s live in our house.
The bus stop is almost in front of the front door. You'll be at the station in 8 minutes. You can also get to the city by bike. There are sweet cafes in the area. Within a few minutes you reach a net, Rewe, Rossmann and Fressnapf.
Wir wohnen in Mauritz, einem schönen Viertel. Hier leben viele Student:innen, aber auch Familien. In unserem Haus wohnen nur Wg`s.
Die Bushaltestelle ist quasi vor der Haustür. Damit ist man in 8 Minuten am Bahnhof. Mit dem Rad ist man auch schnell in der Stadt. In der Umgebung befinden sich süße Cafes. Fußläufig erreichst du binnen weniger Minuten einen Netto, Rewe, Rossmann sowie Fressnapf.

Hiii I Ronja (21) and I would like to re-establish a Wg after the withdrawal of my two roommates. 🦦
In the sixth semester, I study German and the fourth political sciences.
In my spare time, I like to deal with femininetic topics and generally read a lot - also to other areas. In addition to this conversation I like to watch Trash TV and listen to almost all podcasts that are known.🤭
I do a lot of sport; walk, swim, inline-skaten and ride race bike.
Order is important to me. Something is normal, but a certain basic order is unavoidable for us. In addition, we would like to plant the balcony in the summer and do something together in the Wg at least once a week. 🪴
Since the apartment has not been properly furnished yet, you can still get yourself into the design!
WG-Leben
Hiii ich Ronja (21) und möchte nach dem Auszug meiner beiden Mitbewohnerinnen nun eine Wg neu gründen.🦦
Ich studiere im sechsten Semester Germanistik und im vierten Poliktikwissenschaften.
In meiner Freizeit beschäftige ich mich gerne mit feminustischen Themen und lese generell sehr viel - auch zu andere Bereichen. Neben dieser Unterhaltung schaue ich gerne Trash-TV und höre nahezu alle Podcasts, die bekannt sind.🤭
Dazu mache ich viel Sport; gehe laufen, schwimmen, inline-skaten und fahre Rennrad.
Ordnung ist für mich wichtig. Das mal etwas liegen bleibt, ist normal, aber eine gewisse Grundordnung ist für uns unumgehbar. Ausserdem möchten wir im nun Sommer gerne den Balkon bepflanzen und in der Wg mindestens einmal in der Woche etwas zusammen unternehmen.🪴
Da die Wohnung noch nicht so richtig eingerichtet ist, kannst du dich noch ganz toll mit in die Gestaltung einbringen!
