The WG is located on the 1st floor of a multi-family house in the Neckarstadt West. With the Neumarkt stop right around the corner and a VRN bike station, the apartment is optimally connected to public transport. By bike you can reach the university hospital in 10 minutes or in 10 minutes via the Neckar in the city centre and in a further 5 minutes at the castle. The main railway station can also be reached by bicycle in 15 minutes.

The Neckarstadt West is very lively around the new market. The kiosk regularly offers live events in the warm months and a green area is right next door. Some cafes and restaurants are within walking distance. The Neckarwiesen and the Old Fire Guard are also within walking distance.

For shopping there is a wide choice of walking distance, among other things a penny (2min), lidl (5min), net (5min) and a little further away a shopping area (15min).

Die WG liegt im 1. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses in der Neckarstadt West. Mit der Haltestelle Neumarkt direkt um die Ecke und einer VRN-Bike-Station ist die Wohnung optimal an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 10 Minuten am Uniklinikum oder in 10 Minuten über den Neckar in der Innenstadt und in weiteren 5 Minuten am Schloss. Auch der Hauptbahnhof ist mit dem Fahrrad in 15 Minuten zu erreichen.

Die Neckarstadt West ist rund um den Neumarkt sehr lebendig. Der Kiosk bietet in den warmen Monaten regelmäßig Live-Veranstaltungen und eine Grünanlage befindet sich direkt nebenan. Einige Cafés und Restaurants sind in fußläufiger Entfernung. Auch die Neckarwiesen und die Alte Feuerwache sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.

Zum Einkaufen gibt es eine große Auswahl in fußläufiger Entfernung, unter anderem einen Penny (2min), Lidl (5min), Netto (5min) und etwas weiter entfernt ein Kaufland (15min).

We are a 2 WG that is small but very cozy. Since my roommate is finished with her studies and unfortunately moves to another city, we are looking for a rental agent for the room.
I'm Nina, I'm training the physiotherapist and your future roommate. If I'm not busy with learning or training, I'd like to go boulders, take some pleasure or make it home too. Overall, I am a very social person. I'd like to take something and go away in the evening. However, I always appreciate a quiet and relaxed evening at home.
The kitchen is the place where we come together and spend most of the time together. The well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook, but on the sofa you can also watch a movie or just sit at the table and enjoy a coffee, tea or a glass of wine together.
Our courtyard offers some seating to sit outside and get some sun.
Friends are welcome at any time to spend or go out together. However, during learning times one can always withdraw and work undisturbed.
A decent and clean apartment is important to me as I want to feel at home. I am a very open person and look forward to a relaxed living together, but I always have an open ear, should there be problems.

Wir sind eine 2er WG, die klein, aber sehr gemütlich ist. Da meine Mitbewohnerin fertig ist mit ihrem Studium und leider in eine andere Stadt zieht, suchen wir einen Nachmieter für das Zimmer.
Ich bin Nina, mache eine Ausbildung zur Physiotherapeutin und deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin. Wenn ich nicht mit Lernen oder der Ausbildung beschäftigt bin, gehe ich gerne Bouldern, unternehme etwas mit Freuden oder mache es mir auch mal zu Hause gemütlich. Insgesamt bin ich eine sehr gesellige Person. Ich unternehme gerne etwas und gehe abends auch mal weg. Allerdings schätze ich auch immer mal wieder einen ruhigen und entspannten Abend zuhause.
Die Küche ist der Ort, an dem wir zusammenkommen und die meiste Zeit miteinander verbringen. Die gut ausgestattete Küche lädt zum Kochen ein, aber auf dem Sofa kann man auch gemütlich einen Film schauen oder einfach am Tisch sitzen und gemeinsam einen Kaffee, Tee oder auch mal ein Glas Wein genießen.
Unser Innenhof bietet einige Sitzgelegenheiten, um draußen zu sitzen und ein bisschen Sonne abzubekommen.
Freunde sind jederzeit willkommen, um gemeinsame Abende zu verbringen oder auszugehen. Während Lernzeiten kann man sich jedoch immer zurückziehen und ungestört arbeiten.
Eine ordentliche und saubere Wohnung ist mir wichtig, da ich mich zu Hause fühlen möchte. Ich bin eine sehr offene Person und freue mich über ein entspanntes Zusammenleben, habe aber auch immer ein offenes Ohr, sollte es mal Probleme geben.

The kitchen of this old building is modernly equipped and has a dishwasher and sufficient work area. The red sofa and the dining table invite you to social or cozy evenings. A discount of 50€ must be paid for the kitchen.
The bathroom is a bit small, but has everything necessary: a single washing machine, a toilet and a shower. It is also lined with beautiful beige stone tiles.
In the courtyard there are covered bicycle parking spaces and in the cellar further storage space.
Other costs include internet, electricity and GEZ, which may vary.

Die Küche dieser Altbauwohnung ist modern ausgestattet und verfügt über eine Spülmaschine sowie ausreichend Arbeitsfläche. Das rote Sofa und der Esstisch laden zu geselligen oder gemütlichen Abenden ein. Für die Küche muss ein Abschlag von 50€ gezahlt werden.
Das Badezimmer ist zwar etwas klein, aber verfügt über alles Notwendige: eine Single- Waschmaschine, eine Toilette und eine Dusche. Es ist zudem mit schönen beigen Steinfliesen ausgekleidet.
Im Innenhof gibt es überdachte Fahrradstellplätze und im Keller weiteren Stauraum.
In den sonstigen Kosten sind Internet, Strom und GEZ enthalten, diese können evtl noch variieren.
