It is one out of 3 rooms on the ground floor. The room is located next to the kitchen and has cozy furnishings, e.g., a bean bag. Additionally, the laminate floor is covered by a large carpet. Bed, wardrobe, and small shelves are included.

The house is located right above the train station "Altstadt-Bahnhof", so it only takes about 2 minutes to walk down. The bridge to reach the house is being renovated at the moment, so the only way to walk to the house is to walk up the temporary stairs installed by the government/Stadt Heidelberg. It takes about 10 minutes by bus to reach Bismarckplatz.

The house has 7 rooms, 3 on the ground floor and 4 on the 1st floor. All tenants are familiar with each other since we will regularly do group activities like movie/game nights, gardening and some mandatory WG-meetings to discuss stuff about the house.
