Großes, helles Zimmer mit Balkon in herzlicher WG im Damenviertel

Die Wohnung ist in bester Lage, zentrumsnah, im wunderschönen Damenviertel. Direkt vor der Haustür fährt die Straßenbahn und um die Ecke der Bus. Beides in circa einer Minute zu erreichen. Zu Fuß brauchst du etwa 10 Minuten ins Satdtzenrum oder zum nächst gelegenen Supermarkt. Bäcker, Bioladen und Döner-Imbiss befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

The flat is close to the city center. A tram station as well as a bus stop are close by (1 min to walk). In ten minutes you walk either to the city center or the next supermarket. A bakery and wholefood store are even closer.

In der WG wohnen derzeit zwei studierende und eine berufstätige Person. Wir sind Elnura (29), Elias (27) und Felix (32). Elnura studiert DAF, Elias studiert Wirtschaftsinformatik und Felix ist als Physiotherapeut berufstätig. Unser Zusammenleben ist unkompliziert, respektvoll und offen. Hin und wieder treffen wir uns in der Küche, quatschen, trinken ein Gläschen Sekt, frühstücken mal zusammen. Ansonsten hat jeder seine eigene Tagesstruktur, sodass uns gegenseitige Rücksichtnahme und Privatsphäre wichtig sind.

Rauchen ist im eigenen Zimmer und auch in der Küche erlaubt, allerdings wird dabei sehr viel Rücksicht genommen und meist am offenen Fenster geraucht.

Two studying and one working people currently live in the flat. Elnura (29) studies DAF, Elias (27) studies Business Informatics and Felix (32) works as a physiotherapist. Our shared life is easy-going, respectful, and open. Than, we meet in the kitchen, chat, have a glass of sparkling wine, or enjoy breakfast together. But otherwise, we all have our one stuff to do and respect each others privacy and we consider the needs of the others!

Smoking is allowed in your own room and also in the kitchen, but there is a lot of consideration and mostly smoking at the open window.

Für die Übernahme der Einbauküche fällt evtl. ein Abschlag von ca. 100 € an.

We are looking for an openminded flat mate with shared-flat experiences. You should be 23 or older and be able to keep things clean. Due to the tram station in the street you shouldn't be sensitive to noise!

There might be a charge of about 100€ for taking over the kitchen.
