WG-Zimmer oder kleine Wohnung in München gesucht

Hallo zusammen!

Ich bin auf der Suche nach einem WG-Zimmer oder einer kleinen Wohnung in München, möglichst zentral oder gut angebunden an die U6 (wegen Uni in Garching & Arbeit). Einzug wäre idealerweise ab dem 01.07.2025, aber ich bin flexibel und könnte auch später einziehen.

Kurz zu mir:
Ich heiße Najda, bin 24 Jahre alt, studiere aktuell Medizintechnik im Master an der TUM und arbeite nebenbei als Werkstudentin. Ich bin ruhig, zuverlässig, rauche nicht, habe keine Haustiere und würde mich selbst als rücksichtsvoll, aber unkompliziert bezeichnen.

Was ich suche:
• WG-Zimmer (bis 650 € warm) oder kleine Wohnung (bis 850 € warm)
• Gute Anbindung an die U6 (z. B. Sendlinger Tor, Haderner Stern, Max-Weber-Platz etc.)
• Langfristige Miete, gerne auch über das Studium hinaus
• Eine ruhige, freundliche Atmosphäre ist mir wichtig – ich schätze Offenheit, Sauberkeit (ohne Zwang), gerne auch mal gemeinsames Kochen oder was unternehmen

Was nicht passt:
• Sehr abgelegene Lagen mit schlechter Anbindung
• WG mit ständiger Partyatmosphäre oder in der Wohnung geraucht wird (Balkon ist natürlich ok😊)

Ich würde mich auch sehr freuen, vorab ein paar Worte über meine potenziellen Mitbewohner*innen zu hören – wie ihr so lebt, was euch wichtig ist, einfach ein bisschen zum gegenseitigen Kennenlernen.

I’m looking for a room in a shared flat (WG) or a small apartment in Munich, preferably centrally located or well connected to the U6 line (to reach both Garching for university and my workplace easily). I’m ideally looking to move in from July 1st, 2025, but I’m flexible with the move-in date.

A bit about me:
My name is Nadja, I’m 24 years old, currently doing my Master’s in Medical Engineering at TUM and working part-time as a working student. I’m calm, reliable, non-smoker, and don’t have pets. I value a respectful and friendly living environment, and I’m tidy without being a neat freak.

What I’m looking for:
• Room in a shared flat (up to €650 warm) or a small apartment (up to €850 warm)
• Good connection to U6 line (e.g. Sendlinger Tor, Max-Weber-Platz, Haderner Stern, etc.)
• Long-term rent, ideally for the duration of my studies and beyond
• A quiet, considerate atmosphere – I enjoy living with people who are open, respectful, and maybe like to cook or do things together from time to time

What I’d like to avoid:
• Poorly connected or very remote areas
• Party-heavy WGs or indoor smoking (smoking on the balcony is totally fine!)

I’d also really love to hear a few words about my potential flatmates – who you are, what you value in shared living, and just a little bit to get to know each other.
