Sunny room in beautiful & large Altbau-2er-WG Sonniges Zimmer in schöner & großer Altbau-2er-WG

At the Sachsenallee (5min) a lot of trams take in many directions (Uni, Uniklinik, Neustadt incl. Bhf Neustadt). otherwise there are more buses at the Böhmischplatz.

Aldi, Rewe, Rossmann, consumption all about 5min on foot.

Neustadt & Uniklinik per wheel 5min, per ÖPNV about 10min.

The Elbwiesen are directly in front of the front door and can be reached in 2min walk.

An der Sachsenallee (5min ) fahren jede Menge Trams in viele Richtungen (Uni, Uniklinik, Neustadt inkl. Bhf Neustadt). ansonsten fahren am Böhmischplatz noch mehr Busse.

To me: I am Max, 29 years old and work as a doctor at the university clinic in the field of internal medicine and hematology and oncology (this is mainly cancer). I cook well and like, dear music, podcasts and series. I like to do sports, especially climbing, yoga, hiking and recently HIIT like Beat81. Otherwise, I like being out in the green, especially in the mountains. I am interested in architecture, art and design. In principle, I am a very curious person and I am always happy to meet new ones. I am a social being and like to hang with my friend: inside, but in my apartment I also appreciate tranquility. My favorite WG activity is a cool evening drink for the sunset on the balcony with cohabitation :-)

My current roommate will unfortunately leave the WG because she is collaborating with her partner (who I am very happy for her of course!).

I continue to wish for a clean and tidy WG in which we room is well to communicate and take into account needs. A good relationship is particularly important to me in setting a 2 WG. This means for me that both sides are willing to put some energy into relationship building and maintaining. With it is important that we can be a safespace for both of us.

It is important for you to know that my partner lives in Berlin. That's why and because I have a lot of friends there, I'm often on my way. My partner will also be on time. Otherwise, I work a lot in shiftwork and sometimes sleep over the day, occasionally on weekends. It is important to me that it is taken into account and it is quiet in the WG on such days.

What is very important to me: I unfortunately have a rather strong cat hair allergy (and like cats :/)! Please don't write to me if you have many friends/family with cats, because it's enough for me for allergy when someone visits people in an apartment with cats.

Zu mir: Ich bin Max, 29 Jahre alt und arbeite als Arzt an der Uniklinik im Bereich Innere Medizin und Hämatologie und Onkologie (da gehts hauptsächlich um Krebs). Ich koche gut und gerne, liebe Musik, Podcasts und Serien. Ich mache gerne Sport und zwar vor allem Klettern, Yoga, Wandern und seit kurzem HIIT wie Beat81. Ansonsten bin ich gerne draußen im Grünen, vor allem in den Bergen. Ich interessiere mich für Architektur, Kunst und Design. Grundsätzlich bin ich ein sehr neugieriger Mensch und freue mich immer Neues kennenzulernen. Ich bin ein soziales Wesen und hänge gerne und viel mit meinen Freund:innen herum, schätze in meiner Wohnung aber auch Ruhe. Meine liebste WG-Aktivität ist ein kühles Feierabendgetränk zum Sonnuntergang auf dem Balkon mit Mitbewohni :-)

Meine aktuelle Mitbewohnerin wird die WG leider verlassen, weil sie mit ihrem Partner zusammenzieht (worüber ich mich für sie natürlich sehr freue!).

Ich wünsche mir weiterhin eine saubere und ordentliche WG, in der wir Raum ist Bedürfnisse gut zu kommunizieren und berücksichtigen. Ein gutes Verhältnis ist mir im Setting einer 2er WG besonders wichtig. Das bedeutet für mich, dass beide Seiten bereit sind, etwas Energie in Beziehungsaufbau und -erhalt zu stecken. Mit ist wichtig, dass wir die WG für uns beide ein safespace sein kann.

Wichtig für dich zu wissen ist, dass meine Partnerin in Berlin lebt. Deswegen und weil ich dort auch viele Freund:innen habe, bin ich oft unterwegs. Meine Partnerin wird auch ab und an zu Besuch sein. Ansonsten arbeite ich viel im Schichtdienst und schlafe entsprechend manchmal Mal über den Tag, ab und zu auch am Wochenende. Mir ist wichtig, dass darauf Rücksicht genommen wird und es in der WG an solchen Tagen leise ist.

Was mir auch sehr wichtig ist: Ich habe leider leider eine ziemlich starke Katzenhaarallergie (und mag dazu Katzen :/)! Bitte schreibe mir nicht, wenn du viele Freund*innen/Familie mit Katzen hast, da es bei mir für Allergie reicht wenn jemand zB Menschen in einer Wohnung mit Katzen besucht.
