The room is 12 sqm, very bright and offers a great view of the city centre of Freiburg including Martinstor.
There is a shared living room, with dining table and a small area where we play sports together. We share a bathroom and a separate toilet, fortunately as good as never comes to jam
Das Zimmer ist 12 qm groß, sehr hell und bietet einen tollen Blick auf die Freiburger Innenstadt inklusive Martinstor.
Es gibt ein gemeinsam genutztes Wohnzimmer, mit Esstisch und einem kleinen Bereich in dem wir hin und wieder gemeinsam Sport treiben. Wir teilen uns zu viert ein Bad und ein separates WC, weswegen es glücklicherweise so gut wie nie zu Stau kommt
For those who love city life, the situation is not to be overwhelmed! The apartment is located in the centre of Freiburg – in sight of Martinstor and Holzmarkt. Everything is close to here – shops, restaurants, cafes and the trivial. Especially for people who are studying or working at university, Mensa and Library are just 1-2 minutes' walk away, which is why I can also go home relaxed at lunchtime if I spontaneously need something or just want to relax.
Für alle, die das Stadtleben lieben ist die Lage nicht zu überbieten! Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum Freiburgs – in Sichtweite von Martinstor und Holzmarkt. Alles ist nah von hier – Geschäfte, Restaurants, Cafés und die Dreisam. Besonders für Menschen, die an der Uni studieren oder arbeiten, sind Mensa und Bibliothek nur 1-2 Gehminuten entfernt, weswegen ich auch mittags auch entspannt nochmal nach Hause gehen kann, wenn ich spontan etwas brauche oder mich kurz entspannen will.
The WG life is very easy and pleasant. Your roommates are two relaxed guys and a girl, 26 and 29 years old. One is working and the other is doing his master at the university. We are not party-WG but like to combine sports, for example, and place value on a loose and respectful handling. Cooking and shopping are organised independently. It is regularly cleaned according to plaster plan.
Das WG-Leben ist sehr locker und angenehm. Deine Mitbewohner sind zwei entspannte Jungs und ein Mädel, zw. 26 und 29 Jahre alt. Einer ist berufstätig und der andere macht gerade seinen Master an der Uni. Wir sind keine Party-WG machen aber z.B. gerne Sport zusammen und legen Wert auf einen lockeren und respektvollen Umgang. Kochen und Einkaufen organisiert jeder selbstständig. Geputzt wird regelmäßig nach Putzplan.
