Ich suche einen Nachmieter für ein geräumiges WG-Zimmer (29 m²), nur 5 Gehminuten vom Dachauer Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Die monatliche Miete beträgt 900 € (inkl. aller Nebenkosten: Warmmiete, Internet, Strom usw.). Es gibt regelmäßige S-Bahn- und RB-Verbindungen sowie teilweise RE-Züge zum Münchener Hauptbahnhof – nur 12 Minuten Fahrt. Das Zimmer ist ab 1. Juni verfügbar.

Die Lage ist sehr praktisch – nur 2 Minuten zu Edeka und in der Nähe von Bars, Cafés, Dönerläden und vielem mehr.
