Cosy WG room in a quiet location :) Gemütliches WG-Zimmer in ruhiger Lage :)

The apartment is very close to the beautiful South Park, where you can walk well in beautiful weather or meet with friends. Moreover, the location is super central - by bike you are in 10min in downtown, at the port, at the aasee and at the railway station. Shops (Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, dm) are within a 5-minute walk. The nearest bus stop is also just 3 minutes walk from the apartment. Due to the location in the side street, it is also super quiet, also with open window, so ideal for learning, relaxing and bullying.

Die Wohnung liegt ganz in der Nähe vom schönen Südpark, wo man bei schönem Wetter gut Spazieren gehen oder sich mit Freund*innen treffen kann. Außerdem ist die Lage super zentral - mit dem Fahrrad bist du in 10min in der Innenstadt, am Hafen, am Aasee und am Bahnhof. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Lidl, Edeka, dm) sind in 5min zu Fuß super erreichbar. Die nächste Bushaltestelle befindet sich ebenfalls nur 3min zu Fuß von der Wohnung. Durch der Lage in der Nebenstraße ist es außerdem super ruhig, auch mit offenem Fenster, also ideal zum Lernen, Entspannen und Quatschen.

Hey, I'm Annelie, 18 years old and not so long in the WG. Since October, I have been studying Scandinavians and art history and like to go to the aasee or to the café with friends. As a WG cohabitant, I would be happy if you would also have fun to cook some together or go to the park around the corner table tennis or so.

Hey, I'm Nastja, 22 years and for almost 2 years in the WG. I study business informatics and I love exploring new places in Münster and the surrounding area. I also like to go to the gym with friends in cafés and in the gym. I look forward to a relaxed and uncomplicated living with nice conversations in the kitchen occasionally. Everything according to the motto has nothing to do, everything can.

Hey, ich bin Annelie, 18 Jahre alt und auch noch garnicht so lange in der WG. Seit Oktober studiere ich Skandinavistik und Kunstgeschichte und gehe gerne an den Aasee oder mit Freunden ins Café. Als WG Mitbewohni würde ich mich freuen wenn du auch lust hättest entspannt mal etwas zusammen zu kochen oder im Park um die Ecke Tischtennis oder so spielen zu gehen.

Hey, ich bin Nastja, 22 Jahre und seit knapp 2 Jahren in der WG. Ich studiere Wirtschaftsinformatik und ich liebe es neue Orte in Münster und Umgebung zu erkunde. Außerdem gehe ich gerne mit Freunden in Cafés und auch ins Fitnessstudio. Ich freue mich auf ein entspanntes und unkompliziertes Zusammenwohnen mit netten Gesprächen in der Küche ab und an. Alles nach dem Motto nichts muss, alles kann.

For the wardrobe, the mirror and the wardrobes I would take a discount of 300€. So please just report if you're ready to pay the bill. In addition, you should know that this is a season rental (the cold rental will be increased by 10€ at the beginning of the year). To date, I have always recovered some of the additional cost advance.
The stipulation that only students are allowed to enter comes from our landlords, so unfortunately we cannot change anything.

The WG-Castings will be on Tuesday 20:05 between 12:30 and 16:00 on Wednesday 21:05 from 14:30, so please contact us directly when you have time for a visit with acquaintances on both days, then we can plan more easily.

Für den Kleiderschrank, den Spiegel und die Gardienen würde ich einen Abschlag von 300€ nehmen. Bitte melde dich also nur, wenn du bereit bist den Abschlag zu zahlen. Außerdem solltest du wissen, dass es sich um eine Staffelmiete handelt (zum Jahresanfang wird die Kaltmiete um 10€ erhöht). Bisher habe ich immer einen Teil der Nebenkostenvorzahlung zurückbekommen.
Die Vorgabe, dass nur Studentinnen einziehen dürfen kommt von unseren Vermietern, da können wir also leider nichts dran ändern.

Die WG-Castings werden am Dienstag den 20.05 zwischen 12:30 und 16:00 umd am Mittwoch den 21.05 ab 14.30Uhr, schreibe uns also doch bitte direkt mit, wann du an den beiden Tagen Zeit für eine Besichtigung mit Kennenlernen hast, dann können wir leichter planen.
