Hallo, ich suche einen Nachmieter da ich woanders studiere. Das Zimmer und Wohnung sind schon voll möbliert. Mit Bett (130x90) Schreibtisch und Kleiderschrank gibt es noch recht viel platzt, und dazu sehr gut beleuchtet. Die Wohnung ist erst drei Jahre alt und somit mit vielen auf dem letzten Stand. Die Küche die komplett ausgestattet ist und einem Esstisch für 4 Personen hat, ist zusammen mit dem Wohnzimmer, welches aus zwei Sitzstühlen besteht, verbunden. Das Bad hat eine Dusche, Waschbecken und WC und ziemlich viel weiteren Platz, gegenüber befindet sich noch eine Abstellkammer mit einer Waschmaschine. Das Zimmer ist durch die Dachschräge nur 11m² groß aber von dem Grundriss ist es 14m² groß (siehe Grundriss Zimmer 1) jedoch wegen der Dachschräge wir etwas abgerechnet.
Hello, I'm looking for a new tenant because I'm studying elsewhere. The room and apartment are already fully furnished. With bed (130x90) desk and wardrobe there is still quite a lot of space, and very well lit. The apartment is only three years old and therefore up to date with many others. The kitchen, which is fully equipped and has a dining table for 4 people, is connected to the living room, which consists of two sitting chairs. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet and quite a lot of space, opposite there is a storage room with a washing machine. The room is only 11m² due to the sloping roof, but from the floor plan it is 14m² (see floor plan room 1), but because of the sloping roof it is billed a bit.
The WG is located in the Ziegelhausen district a quiet place, but within 5 minutes you will find the bus stop and the buses often drive into the city where you will find further connections to the public. It takes about 20 minutes to Heidelberg. The forest is also nearby and is pretty quiet and large. As a shopping area there is an Aldi and Edeka as well as a bakery and more.

Die WG befindet sich im Stadtteil Ziegelhausen ein ruhiger Ort, jedoch befindet sich innerhalb von 5 Minuten die Bushaltestelle und die Busse fahren oft in die Stadt rein wo man weitere Öpnv Anschlüsse findet. Man braucht ca 20 min nach Heidelberg rein. Der Wald ist auch in der Nähe und ist ziemlich schön ruhig und groß. Als Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe gibt es ein Aldi und Edeka als auch eine Bäckerei und weiters.

Es ist eine reine Frauen WG. Man trifft sich in der Küche und redet miteinander, aber sonst ist jeder für sich. Kommunikation untereinander als auch der Mieterin funktioniert friedlich und gut, wenn man fragen oder anliegen hat kann man ohne Probleme diese mitteilen. Es ist eine sehr ordentlich und sauber gehaltene WG. Es sind keine Raucher und Haustiere erlaubt.
It is a purely women's shared apartment. We sometimes meet in the kitchen and talk to each other, but otherwise everyone is on their own. Communication between each other and the landlord works peacefully and well. If you have any questions or concerns, you can communicate them without any problems. It’s a very tidy and clean environment in the apartment. There are no smokers, and no pets allowed.
