As my current roommate is moving out, I'm looking for a new roommate or a new roommate. For rent is the larger of the two WG rooms with about 18 sqm. The room is quite spacious and also very bright due to the large windows.
The apartment also offers a modern bathroom, a kitchen and an associated cellar.
Da meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin auszieht bin ich auf der Suche nach einem neuen Mitbewohner oder einer neuen Mitbewohnerin. Zu vermieten ist das größere der beiden WG-Zimmer mit etwa 18 qm. Der Raum ist ziemlich geräumig und aufgrund der großen Fenster auch sehr hell.
Außerdem bietet die Wohnung ein modernes Bad, eine Küche und einen zugehörigen Kellerraum.
The apartment is located in the south of the core town and is therefore only a 5-minute walk from the university area. The Südring Center is 10-15 minutes walk away. The city centre is easier to reach by bus. The nearest bus stop is only one minute away.
There is also a bakery, a pizzeria and a cocktail or cocktail. Shishabar.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Süden der Kernstadt und ist daher nur 5 Gehminuten vom Unigelände entfernt. Das Südring-Center ist nach 10-15 Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen. Die Innenstadt hingegen ist leichter mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Die nächstgelegene Bushaltestelle ist lediglich eine Minute entfernt.
Außerdem befinden sich gegenüber der Wohnung eine Bäckerei, eine Pizzeria und eine Cocktail- bzw. Shishabar.
My name is Moritz, am 25 years old and studies International Economics & Management at the University of Paderborn. In my spare time, I play football, go to the gym and I am generally interested in sports and health. I also often meet with friends and like to drink. I travel relatively much between Paderborn and my homeland and am often there during the semester holidays. In spite of this, I am easy to inspire for relaxed evenings as well as parties. :D
Ich heiße Moritz, bin 25 Jahre alt und studiere International Economics & Management an der Uni Paderborn. In meiner Freizeit spiele ich Fußball, gehe ins Fitnessstudio und interessiere mich generell für Sport und Gesundheit. Ich treffe mich auch häufig mit Freunden und gehe gerne etwas trinken. Ich pendele relativ viel zwischen Paderborn und meiner Heimat und bin auch in den Semesterferien häufig dort. Trotz dessen bin ich für lockere Abende sowie auch Partys leicht zu begeistern. :D
A former roommate and I bought the kitchen again at the entrance and shared the costs. Then my current roommate took over half of the kitchen. Since it has no further use for the kitchen, it would like to have 290 euros for it (see redeeming agreement). The specified rental price represents half the total rental.
Ein ehemaliger Mitbewohner und ich haben die Küche beim Einzug neu gekauft und uns die Kosten geteilt. Anschließend hat meine jetzige Mitbewohnerin eine Hälfte der Küche übernommen. Da sie keine weitere Verwendung für die Küche hat, möchte sie gerne noch 290 Euro dafür haben (siehe Ablösevereinbarung). Der angegebene Mietpreis stellt die Hälfte der Gesamtmiete dar.
