The room that becomes free is 16 m2. It is equipped with plenty of outlets and a very nice parcel tray. From the room you have a view into the backyard and even see the exhibition tower. The most beautiful in the room is the light, making it super bright and sunny in the room all day. If desired, the curtains can be taken over against a narrow price.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a multi-family house in the sweet Robert Mayer street. The kitchen is large enough to cook together and dough, and there is a dishwasher and washing machine.
For the furniture (especially the washing machine, the couch and the table) I would like to have a detachment of 400€, they are all <2 years old and as new.
Das Zimmer das frei wird ist 16 m2 groß. Es ist ausgestattet mit ausreichend vielen Steckdosen und einem sehr schönen Pakettboden. Man hat von dem Zimmer einen Blick in den Hinterhof und sieht sogar den Messeturm. Das schönste an dem Zimmer ist das Licht, wodurch es im Zimmer den ganzen Tag super hell und sonnig im Zimmer ist. Die Gardinen können bei Wunsch gegen einen schmalen Preis übernommen werden.
Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses in der süßen Robert-Mayer-Straße. Die Küche ist groß genug zum gemeinsamen Kochen und Quatschen, außerdem gibt’s eine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine.
Für die Möbel (v.a. die Waschmaschine, die Couch und den Tisch) hätte ich gerne eine Ablöse von 400€, sie sind alle <2 Jahre alt und quasi wie neu.
The apartment is located in the wonderful Bockenheim. There are 8 min walk to the Bockenheimer Warte, which is super connected by subway and tram. In addition, you need only 3 min walk to the Varrentrappstraße stop. All shopping facilities you need are located very close to Leipziger Straße. The Koz, the Senckenberg Museum and the fair are only 5-10 minutes away.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im wundervollen Bockenheim. Es sind 8 min zu Fuß zur Bockenheimer Warte, die super per U- und Straßenbahn angebunden ist. Außerdem braucht man zur Haltestelle Varrentrappstraße nur 3 min zu Fuß. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die man benötigt findet man ganz nah auf der Leipziger Straße. Außerdem sind das Koz, das Senckenberg Museum und die Messe jeweils nur 5-10 min entfernt.
You'd live with Felix (22). He originally comes from Cologne and lives in Franky since October 2022. He studies medicine at the Goethe University in the 6th semester. It is very sympathetic, totally uncomplicated and a real sunshine.
Life in a Wg with Felix is really great.
Du würdest mit Felix (22) zusammenwohnen. Er kommt ursprünglich aus Köln und wohnt seit Oktober 2022 in Franky. Er studiert Medizin im 6. Semester an der Goethe Uni. Er ist sehr sympathisch, total unkompliziert und ein richtiger Sonnenschein.
Das Leben in einer Wg mit Felix ist wirklich toll.
