The apartment is located in the Bruno-Taut ring, which is formed from a one-way street. It was refurbished in 2020 - the bathroom refurbished and has a towel heater. The apartment is irradiated by the sun in the summer from 4 pm, which is why it remains nicely cool even at warm temperatures.

The location of the apartment is very good:
7 minutes walk to Britz-Süd underground station (U7). Metro line 7 is only 10 minutes from the Ringbahn (S/U-Bahn station Neukölln). Further bus lines such as the 181 and the M46 are within a maximum of 7 walking minutes. Shops such as Lidl, Edeka and Kaufland are all within 10 minutes.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Bruno-Taut-Ring, welcher sich aus einer Einbahnstraße bildet. Sie wurde 2020 neu saniert - das Badezimmer neu gemacht und verfügt über einen Handtuch-Heizkörper. Die Wohnung wird im Sommer ab 16 Uhr von der Sonne angestrahlt, weshalb die sie auch bei warmen Temperaturen schön kühl bleibt.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut:
7 Minuten zu Fuß zum U-Bahnhof Britz-Süd (U7). Mit der U-Bahnlinie 7 sind es nur 10 Minuten bis zur Ringbahn (S/U-Bahnhof Neukölln). Weitere Buslinien wie der 181 und der M46 sind innerhalb von maximal 7 Geh-Minuten entfernt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Lidl, Edeka und Kaufland sind alle in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen.

I am Aymen, 27 years old and study “Social Work” at the Protestant University of Applied Sciences Berlin. In addition, I work to a small extent as an educator in a place for people with disabilities. I would describe myself as a very respectful, communicative and funny person who is sensitive and understanding to his fellow human beings.

I am very interested in psychology and science behind it if I am not on my spiritual wave and look for the moon to determine whether it is good to watch a movie today or rather a series. 😆

One thing I draw from is to play social games and lose like a winner. 😌 I am very happy to do sports in my spare time and let me get excited quickly and much of new things. I'm open to any person except Nazis and fascists.

I wish from my future roommate*in that she respectfully deals with the apartment and the furniture and kitchen equipment contained therein.
I wish a reliable and proper person. It is also important to me that respectful handling is understood and lived as a fundamental value. For cleanliness and order there will be a cleaning plan, which will be routed by agreement and will provide for a fair division of tasks.

Hello ihr Wohnungssuchenden Menschen*,
ich bin Aymen, 27 Jahre alt und studiere „Soziale Arbeit“ an der evangelischen Hochschule Berlin. Nebenbei arbeite ich in geringem Maß als Erzieher in einer Wohnstätte für Menschen mit Beeinträchtigungen. Ich würde mich als einen sehr respektvollen, kommunikativen und lustigen Menschen beschreiben, der einfühlsam und verständnisvoll auf seine Mitmenschen eingeht.

Ich interessiere mich sehr für Psychologie und die Wissenschaft dahinter, wenn ich grad nicht auf meiner spirituellen Welle unterwegs bin und nach dem Mond schaue, um zu bestimmen, ob es gut ist heute einen Film zu schauen oder doch lieber eine Serie. 😆

Eine Sache, aus der ich Energie schöpfe ist Gesellschaftsspiele zu spielen und wie ein Sieger zu verlieren. 😌 Ich mache in meiner Freizeit sehr gerne Sport und lasse mich schnell und viel von neuen Dingen begeistern. Ich bin offen für jede Person, außer Nazis und Faschos.

Ich wünsche mir von meiner/meinem zukünftigen Mitbewohner*in, dass sie respektvoll mit der Wohnung und den darin enthaltenen Möbeln und Küchengeräten umgeht.
Ich wünsche mir eine zuverlässige und ordentliche Person. Außerdem ist es mir wichtig, dass ein respektvoller Umgang als Grundwert verstanden und gelebt wird. Für die Sauberkeit und Ordnung wird es einen Putzplan geben, welcher nach Absprache routiert und für eine gerechte Aufteilung der Aufgaben sorgen wird.

The room (12 square meters) has a large balcony overlooking peaceful green spaces. The balcony is very pleasant and runs along the entire window front of the room.

The apartment is located on Bruno-Taut-Ring, which is a one-way street. It was newly renovated in 2020 – the bathroom has been redone and features a heated towel rail. In the summer, the apartment gets sunlight from 4 p.m. onwards, so it stays nice and cool even on warm days.

7 minutes on foot to the Britz-Süd subway station (U7). The U7 line takes you to the Ringbahn (Neukölln S/U station) in just 10 minutes. Other bus lines like the 181 and M46 are also within a 7-minute walk. Grocery stores such as Lidl, Edeka, and Kaufland can all be reached in under 10 minutes.
