There isn't much here, so you'll feel comfortable when you enjoy nature and tranquility. However, you are top-connected and in a few minutes in downtown and have great opportunities to come to Berlin
Gelegen im ruhigen Ortsteil Golm - 5 Gehminuten zur Uni Potsdam, zum Bahnhof Golm und Rewe. Wenige Schritte bis zu den Bushaltestellen Zum Großen Herzberg und Golmer Fichten. Viel gibts hier nicht, daher wirst du dich vor allem wohl fühlen, wenn du Natur und Ruhe genießt. Allerdings bist du top angebunden und in wenigen Minuten in der Innenstadt und hast tolle Möglichkeiten, nach Berlin zu kommen! :)
I will travel for a month in August, where you will have the apartment for yourself. Before and after, I have to learn for important exams and lots of work. So it's important to me that it stays quiet in the apartment. Unfortunately, the cut of the apartment is not really WG-fit - which is why my bedroom is in the basement and I therefore use the living room as a learning and living space. So I would ask you not to use this when I am at home :)
I will also be with my friend in Berlin, so we probably won't see so much. Nevertheless, it is important to me that we both understand each other well and even develop a beautiful friendship <3 order and cleanliness are very great for me. Also a respectful and thoughtful approach to each other is very close to my heart.
Ich werde im August einen Monat lang reisen, wo du die Wohnung ganz für dich alleine haben wirst. Davor und danach muss ich für wichtige Prüfungen lernen und viel Arbeiten. Daher ist es mir wichtig, dass es in der Wohnung ruhig bleibt. Leider ist der Schnitt der Wohnung nicht wirklich WG-tauglich - weshalb mein Schlafzimmer im Keller liegt und ich deshalb das Wohnzimmer als Lern -und Lebensraum verwende. Somit würde ich dich bitten, dies nicht zu benutzen, wenn ich zuhause bin :)
Ich werde auch viel in Berlin bei meinem Freund sein, daher werden wir uns vermutlich nicht so viel sehen. Dennoch ist es mir wichtig, dass wir uns beide gut verstehen und sich vllt sogar eine schöne Freundschaft entwickelt <3 Ordnung und Sauberkeit sind bei mir sehr groß geschrieben. Auch ein respekt -und rücksichtsvoller Umgang miteinander liegt mir sehr am Herzen.
The apartment also has a small sweet garden with terrace where you can enjoy a few hours of sunshine. In addition, there is a laundry cellar, a garage with a bicycle cellar and, if necessary, storage facilities in the basement. If you have a car, you will have no difficulty finding a parking lot, it's always what's free :)
Die Wohnung hat zusätzlich einen kleinen süßen Garten mit Terasse, wo man perfekt ein paar Sonnenstunden genießen kann. Darüber hinaus gibt es einen Wäschekeller, eine Garage mit Fahrradkeller und bei Bedarf auch Abstellmöglichkeiten im Keller. Falls du ein Auto hast, wirst du keine Schwierigkeiten haben, einen Parkplatz zu finden, es ist eigentlich immer was frei :)
