I offer a bright, comfortably furnished room in a large, modern and well maintained apartment. The room is spacious enough for everything you need - perfect for relaxing, learning or working. The rent is 460 € warm, including internet and all additional costs. The WG consists of a total of 6 roommates (5 women (I'm moving but then out), 1 man), all super friendly, open and helpful. Even if it is basically a purpose WG, we sometimes like to cook or eat together when it suits time - the mood is pleasantly relaxed and respectful.
The apartment has two bathrooms, a washing machine and a dryer, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking. A beautiful balcony invites you to stay in summer.
The location is top: In just 2 minutes you reach the station, and in about 5 minutes you are in the middle of the city center. Supermarkets, cafes, pharmacies and all important points of contact are nearby - everything is easily accessible on foot.

Ich biete ein helles, gemütlich möbliertes Zimmer in einer großen, modernen und gepflegten Wohnung an. Das Zimmer ist geräumig genug für alles, was man braucht - perfekt zum entspannen, lernen oder arbeiten. Die Miete beträgt 460 € warm, imklusive Internet und sämtliche Nebenkosten. Die WG besteht aus insgesamt 6 Mitbewohner*innen (5 Frauen (ich ziehe aber dann aus), 1 Mann), die alle super freundlich, offen und hilfsbereit sind. Auch wenn es sich grundsätzlich um eine Zweck-WG handelt, kochen oder essen wir manchmal gerne zusammen, wenn es zeitlich passt - die Stimmung ist also angenehm entspannt und respektvoll.
Die Wohnung hat zwei Badezimmer, eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit allem, was man zum Kochen braucht. Ein schöner Balkon lädt vor allem im Sommer zum Verweilen ein.
Die Lage ist top: In nur 2 Minuten erreichst du den Bahnhof, und in etwa 5 Minuten bist du mitten im Stadtzentrum. Supermärkte, Cafés, Apotheken und alle wichtigen Anlaufstellen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe - alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.
