I'm looking for a new roommate from June/July, as my roommate will soon get out. Entry would be possible on 01.06 and 01.07.
Rooms:
The room is about 15 square meters and the windows go out to the north side. This means that the room stays cool in the summer. The WG has a spacious kitchen and a bathroom with washing machine. The hall is large enough to hang up laundry.
My roommate would like to make the room furnished. cabinet, desk, shelf, bed and curtains for 300€ VB.

Ich suche ab Juni/Juli eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in, da meine Mitbewohnerin bald auszieht. Einzug wäre zum 01.06 sowie 01.07 möglich.
Zimmer:
Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß und die Fenster gehen zur Nordseite raus. Das bedeutet, dass im Sommer das Zimmer kühl bleibt. Die WG besitzt eine geräumige Küche und ein Bad mit Waschmaschine. Der Flur ist groß genug, um Wäsche aufzuhängen.
Meine Mitbewohnerin würde gerne das Zimmer möbliert abgeben. Schrank, Schreibtisch, Regal, Bett und Gardinen für 300€ VB.
Location:
The WG is located in Hanssenstraße and the nearest bus stop can be reached in about 3 minutes. With the 11/12/13 you can quickly drive to the city centre and the main railway station. The 11 drives up to the FH and the university can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and also by 91 from the stadium. The Holstein Stadium is less than 5 minutes walk away. You need about 5 min to Penny, 10-15 to Rewe and 5 min to the next gas station.
Lage:
Die WG liegt in der Hanssenstraße und die nächste Bushaltestelle kann man in ca. 3 min erreichen. Mit der 11/12/13 kann man schnell in die Innenstadt und zum Hauptbahnhof fahren. Die 11 fährt bis zur FH und die Uni ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad und auch mit der 91 vom Stadion zu erreichen. Das Holsteinstadion ist weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Man braucht ca. 5 min zu Penny, 10-15 zu Rewe und 5 min zur nächsten Tankstelle.
WG life:
You'll live with me. I come from Moldova and lived in Italy for about 10 years. From time to time I go to the gym, like books (mangas or even quite normal books, fantasy prefer) and gaming. At the moment I find special table games interesting. I can speak quite frankly, but best with a beer in hand :)
WG-Leben:
Du wirst mit mir (Ion) zusammenwohnen. Ich komme aus Moldawien und habe für ca. 10 Jahre in Italien gelebt. Ab und zu gehe ich ins Gym, mag Bücher (Mangas oder auch ganz normale Bücher, fantasy am liebsten) und Gaming. Zur Zeit finde ich auch besondere Tischspiele interessant. Mit mir kann man ganz offen und ehrlich reden, aber am besten mit nem Bier in der Hand :)
