The room is bright with large windows and it is fully furnished (1.4m bed, desk, chair, small couch, small table, wardrobe, shelf).

The bathroom and the kitchen are shared with the two flatmates. Everything is well-equipped (washing mashine, dishwasher, flatiron), you only need to bring your clothes and bed sheets :)

The rent includes the utilities (including high-speed internet).

Only two minutes away from the U2 Frankfurter Ring station and from the nearest bus stations as well. The city centre is reachable within 15-20 minutes by U2, Studentenstadt is ~15 minutes away by the X36.

The flatmates are two guys, one BSc student and one full-time engineer. Everybody is chill, we have some occasional casual chats, but in general, everybody has their own lives. We have a weekly cleaning plan in which everybody must participate.
We primarily speak German in the apartment, but English speakers are also welcome :)

I'm subletting my room because I'm leaving Munich for 2.5 months, for an internship abroad. The move-in and move-out dates are slightly negotiable (earliest move-in: 29th of June; latest move-out: 12th of September).
