The apartment has a total of 3 rooms as well as kitchen and bathroom. I use a room myself, one would be our common living room, and the third – about 13 sqm – would be yours. To my room you have to go over the hallway again, so you also have your rest if this is desired :)
There is also a garden that can be used.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 3 Zimmer sowie Küche und Bad. Ein Zimmer nutze ich selbst, eins wäre unser gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, und das dritte – ca. 13 qm groß – wäre dann deins. Zu meinem Zimmer muss man nochmal über den Hausflur gehen, somit hat man auch mal seine Ruhe, wenn das gewünscht ist :)
Es gibt auch einen Garten, der mitbenutzt werden darf.
The location is very central in Nippes, it is a side street to the Florastraße stop. Everything is right around the corner (supermarkets, cafes, railways), but still it is pleasantly quiet as it is not directly on the main road.
Die Lage ist sehr zentral in Nippes, es ist eine Seitenstraße zur Haltestelle Florastraße. Alles ist direkt um die Ecke (Supermärkte, Cafés, Bahn), aber trotzdem ist es angenehm ruhig, da es nicht direkt an der Hauptstraße ist.
I live here since 2021 and am really happy with the apartment – also because of the location. Since my WG has dissolved or my roommate has moved out, I'm looking for a new roommate or a new roommate. At the beginning we used the current living room as another WG room and lived here for the third. Since I like the living room very much, I would like to keep it and use it together with you.
I myself am 27, working here in Nippes with life aid, and for a few years I have been appreciated by life in a WG. To date, I have often eaten together with my roommates, went to cafes and started to do something together. Of course, that doesn't have to be, but I would definitely be happy if it's more than a pure purpose WG.
Ich wohne hier seit 2021 und bin echt zufrieden mit der Wohnung – auch aufgrund der Lage. Da sich meine WG nun aufgelöst hat bzw. meine Mitbewohnerin ausgezogen ist, suche ich einen neuen Mitbewohner oder eine neue Mitbewohnerin. Zu Beginn haben wir das aktuelle Wohnzimmer noch als weiteres WG- Zimmer genutzt und zu dritt hier gewohnt. Da mir das Wohnzimmer aber sehr gefällt, würde ich es gerne behalten und gemeinsam mit dir nutzen.
Ich selbst bin 27, arbeite hier in Nippes bei der Lebenshilfe, und weiß schon seit einigen Jahren das Leben in einer WG zu schätzen. Bislang habe ich mit meinen Mitbewohner*innen oft gemeinsam gegessen, bin in Cafés gegangen und haben ab und an etwas gemeinsam unternommen. Das muss natürlich nicht sein, würde mich aber definitiv freuen, wenn es mehr als eine reine Zweck-WG ist.
The rent for your room is complete at 620 € (including electricity, gas, internet and GEZ). I have therefore already included Internet and GEZ under other costs.
Die Miete für dein Zimmer liegt bei 620 € komplett (also inkl. Strom, Gas, Internet und GEZ). Unter den sonstigen Kosten habe ich daher schon Internet und GEZ einbezogen.
