Your future room is superb and very bright. It has about 26 sqm. The two festivals are located directly to the church square in the Innstadt. Especially beautiful is the evening sun falling through the windows.
The cozy room offers enough space for a large bed, a large closet, a desk and also a sofa and other furniture can easily find space. Maybe my current roommate would like to leave some furniture in the room, but we can discuss this with a WG visit :)

I especially like our spacious kitchen. The large refrigerator offers enough storage space for both. Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist supergroß und sehr hell. Es hat ca. 26 qm2. Die beiden Fester sind direkt zum Kirchenplatz in der Innstadt ausgerichtet. Besonders schön ist die Abendsonne, die durch die Fenster fällt.
Das gemütliche Zimmer bietet genug Platz für ein großes Bett, einen großen Schrank, einen Schreibtisch und auch ein Sofa und weitere Möbel finden ohne Probleme Platz. Eventuell würde meine aktuelle Mitbewohnerin gerne ein paar Möbel im Zimmer lassen, aber das können wir gerne bei einer WG-Besichtigung besprechen :)

Zur WG:
Besonders gern mag ich unsere geräumige Küche. Der große Kühlschrank bietet genug Stauraum für beide. Der Abstellraum bzw. die Speisekammer ist perfekt um die Wäscheständer abzustellen und alle Einkäufe zu verstauen und die Geschirrspülmaschine ist im Alltag natürlich purer Luxus. :) Praktisch ist auch, dass die Waschmaschine direkt in der Küche steht.
Das Badezimmer ist noch einmal durch einen geräumigen Flur von den Zimmern abgetrennt. Im Flur ist genug Platz, um Jacken und Schuhe zu verstauen.
Im Erdgeschoss des Hauses kannst du dein Fahrrad im Durchgang abstellen. Dann musst du auch keine Angst haben, dass es nass oder gestohlen wird.

Alles was du brauchst ist super schnell zu Fuß erreichbar: An der Uni bist du zu Fuß in 10-15 Minuten (5 mit dem Fahrrad). Einkaufen gehen kannst du beim nahegelegen Edeka (7 Minuten) oder bei Rewe oder Edeka am ZOB. Für diejenigen, die trotzdem lieber den Bus nehmen, ist die Haltestelle direkt vor der Haustür.
