Hi together,

we are Finn and Julia. After months of search we finally found our dream apartment and look for the third roommates*in!

We've known each other since school hours and are almost family. We both come from Berlin; However, every one of us was always several years abroad or outside Berlin. We are both quite open, extroverted, sociable and love the fun of life besides working :D

To the apartment:
Newly renovated, attic, 133 sqm, basement, 4 rooms, fitted kitchen, terrace, cellar, wrangelkiez, view of the Görli, 10 minutes to the U Silesian gate; as it is attic, it is very quiet at the top. There is almost no noise on the terrace.

In short:
Finn, 27 years old, mechanical engineer at a start-up. After years of experience in neglecting room plants, he is proud owner of 3 cactus, a switch and an e-moped. Unless it has anything to do with early rise, it is ready for any adventure. Nevertheless, he also enjoys to philosophize life in the sun with an aper oil in his hand.

Julia is 28 years old, runs projects and is a bit in some midlife crisis than she loves racing bike rides. But also strength and running. She likes to meet with friends and is for almost everything. She likes to be among people. Deep talks are also important to her.

Finn is usually in the office, but Julia is always working at home and looking forward to company.

As we imagine the WG life: alive and supportive! It's not supposed to be a purpose WG. Of course we work and need some rest, but we are fundamentally moving together with other people to spend time together. The apartment is large and can be a meeting place. So we don't mean endless parties every weekend, but always grilling, a bit of music, brunch, a few Vinos (or for sportswoman Julia Limonaden;) on the terrace.

We're both very direct and honest. This does not mean that we are unempathetic, but we are important to open and honest cooperation. Let us address needs and disagreements openly and respectfully and create a coexistence in which we all feel comfortable. :

Organizational:
Date of collection: 01.06.2025
Registration
We see the first three months as a sample for both sides. Let's see together whether it fits and if necessary replace it at an early stage.

Financial:
We can't estimate the rent exactly yet, but we're about 1150 monthly. This includes all costs including electricity, internet and cleaning power every two weeks for the common spaces. The deposit is 2750 and is one third of the total deposit we have to pay to the landlord. We can transfer them to three rates. There will be a WG account that will handle all payments.

Hi Zusammen,

wir sind Finn und Julia. Nach Monaten der Suche haben wir endlich unsere Traumwohnung gefunden und suchen dafür die dritte Mitbewohner*in! 🙌🏼

Wir kennen uns seit Schulzeiten und sind quasi Familie. Wir kommen beide aus Berlin; jeder von uns war aber immer mal mehrere Jahre im Ausland oder außerhalb Berlins. Wir sind beide recht offen, extrovertiert, gesellig und lieben neben dem Arbeiten den Spaß am Leben :D

Zur Wohnung:
Neu saniert, Dachgeschoss, 133 qm, Keller, 4 Zimmer, Einbauküche, Terrasse, Keller, Wrangelkiez, Blick auf den Görli, 10 Minuten zum U Schlesisches Tor; da es Dachgeschoss ist, ist es oben sehr ruhig. Auf der Terrasse hat man fast keinen Lärm.

Kurz zu uns:
Finn, 27 Jahre alt, Maschinenbauer bei einem Start-up. Nach jahrelanger Erfahrung im vernachlässigen von Zimmerpflanzen, ist er stolzer Besitzer von 3 Kakteen, einer Switch und eines E-Mopeds. Sofern es nichts mit frühem Aufstehen zu tun hat, ist er für jedes Abenteuer bereit. Trotzdem genießt er es auch mal in der Sonne mit einem Aperölchen in der Hand über das Leben zu philosophieren.

Julia ist 28 Jahre alt, leitet Projekte und ist ein bisschen in irgendeiner midlife-Crisis denn sie liebt Rennrad-fahren. Aber auch Kraft und Laufen. Sie trifft sich gern mit Freunden und ist für fast alles zu haben. Sie ist gern unter Leuten. Tiefe Gespräche sind ihr aber auch wichtig.

Finn idt meistens im Büro, aber Julia arbeitet auch immer mal von zu Hause und freut sich über Gesellschaft.

Wie wir uns das WG-Leben vorstellen: lebendig und unterstützend! Es soll keine Zweck-WG sein. Natürlich arbeiten wir und brauchen auch mal Ruhe, aber grundlegend ziehen wir bewusst mit anderen Menschen zusammen, um gemeinsam Zeit zu verbringen. Die Wohnung ist groß und darf gern zu einem Treffpunkt werden. Damit meinen wir nicht jedes Wochenende endlose Parties, aber immer mal Grillen, ein bisschen Musik, Brunchen, ein paar Vinos (oder für Sportlerin Julia Limonaden ;) auf der Terrasse.

Wir sind beide sehr direkt und ehrlich. Das heißt nicht, dass wir unempathisch sind, sondern uns ist ein offenes und ehrliches Miteinander wichtig. Lasst uns Bedürfnisse und Unstimmigkeiten offen und respektvoll ansprechen und ein Zusammenleben schaffen, in dem wir uns alle wohlfühlen. :)

Organisatorisches:
Einzugsdatum: Ab 01.06.2025
Anmeldung möglich
Wir sehen die ersten drei Monate als Probe für beide Seiten. Lass uns gemeinsam schauen, ob es passt und bei Bedarf frühzeitig austauschen.

Finanzielles:
Wir können die Miete noch nicht genau abschätzen, gehen aber von ca. 1150 monatlich aus. Das beinhaltet alle Kosten inklusive Strom, Internet und eine Putzkraft alle zwei Wochen für die Gemeinschaftsräume. Die Kaution beträgt 2750 und ist ein Drittel der Gesamtkaution, die wir an den Vermieter zahlen müssen. Wir können diese in drei Raten überweisen. Es wird ein WG-Konto geben, über das alle Zahlungen abgewickelt.

Bitte schreibt uns eine kurze Nachricht - wer ihr seid, warum ihr Lust habt in einer WG zu wohnen, gerne mit zwei drei Bildern und benutzt am Anfang das Wort Kühlschrank, damit wir wissen dass ihr bis zum Ende gelesen habt. :D
