Your future room has its window to the courtyard/ Balcony. That's why it's a bit darker, but it's nicely quiet and you hear the trees out and the birds swirling. On the big balcony we spend a lot of time because here until noon the sun shines and you can hang comfortably on the sofa.
Internet and electricity are already included in the prices.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer hat sein Fenster zum Innenhof/ Balkon. Deshalb ist es etwas dunkler, dafür aber schön ruhig und man hört die Bäume rauschen und die Vögel zwitschern. Auf dem großen Balkon verbringen wir viel Zeit, weil hier bis Mittags die Sonne scheint und man gemütlich auf dem Sofa rumhängen kann.
In den Preisen sind Internet und Strom schon mit einberechnet.
The WG is located in a quieter crossroad to the Lene-Voigt-Park, where in summer many people are always on the go, play beach volleyball, basketball and spikeball, or meet for barbecue. Reudnitz is a quarter with many Studis, but also families and has its corners and edges. Right around the corner are shopping facilities such as Kaufland, Penny and Denns. We are also super connected via the Öffis, because the trams 4 and 7 and the buses 72, 73, 70 and 60 are directly off in the vicinity.
Die WG liegt in einer ruhigeren Querstraße zum Lene-Voigt-Park, in dem im Sommer immer viele Leute unterwegs sind, Beachvolleyball, Basketball und Spikeball spielen, oder sich zum Grillen treffen. Reudnitz ist ein Viertel mit vielen Studis, aber auch Familien und hat seine Ecken und Kanten. Direkt um die Ecke sind Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Kaufland, Penny und Denns. Wir sind auch super über die Öffis angebunden, denn die Trams 4 und 7 und die Busse 72, 73, 70 und 60 fahren direkt in der Nähe ab.
Your new roommates are Helen and Fynn. Both study medicine.
Helen is our plant mama and likes to take care of our balcony. She likes yoga, goes bouldering and cooks interesting dishes with her vegetables from Solawi.
Fynn is very sporty, drives a lot of racing bike and goes to the gym. Besides, he likes to meet new people and is always for a round of spikeball. He spends a lot of time at his PJ in the clinic.
Our coexistence felt very familiary, as we have really met well over the years. We were always open for kitchens/ balcony talks and have also done a lot of things together. But it's also totally okay if you want to retreat or if you need some rest.
We look forward to a sympathetic, independent, funny and neat person who brings fresh wind into the WG:)
Deine neuen MitbewohnerInnen sind Helen und Fynn. Beide studieren Medizin.
Helen ist unsere Pflanzenmama und kümmert sich gerne um unseren Balkon. Sie macht gerne Yoga, geht bouldern und kocht interessante Gerichte mit ihrem Gemüse aus der Solawi.
Fynn ist gerade sehr sportlich unterwegs, fährt viel Rennrad und geht ins Gym. Außerdem lernt er gerne neue Leute kennen und ist immer für eine Runde Spikeball zu haben. Gerade verbringt er viel Zeit bei seinem PJ im Klinikum.
Unser Zusammenleben hat sich sehr familiär angefühlt, da wir uns über die Jahre wirklich gut kennengelernt haben. Wir waren immer offen für Küchen/ Balkongespräche und haben auch einiges miteinander unternommen. Aber es ist auch total okay, wenn man sich zurückziehen möchte oder wenn man mal Ruhe braucht.
Wir freuen uns auf eine sympathische, selbstständige, lustige und ordentliche Person, die frischen Wind in die WG bringt :)
I (Lotta) am the person who, unfortunately, has to leave Leipzig. I really enjoyed living in this WG, we've all become good friends and I'm sure you'll be well received by the two.
I'm leaving early June, so that your move would probably be more likely to be possible in mid-June, but we can still say that.
Ich (Lotta) bin die Person, die leider ausziehen muss, da ich Leipzig verlasse. Ich habe es sehr genossen in dieser WG zu leben, wir sind alle gute Freunde geworden und ich bin mir sicher, dass du auch gut von den beiden aufgenommen wirst.
Ich ziehe Anfang Juni weg, sodass dein Einzug vermutlich eher gegen Mitte Juni möglich wäre, das können wir aber auch noch absprechen.
