Obwohl das Zimmer nur 10qm groß ist, passt alles was man braucht hinein (auch ein Doppelbett) und es ist sehr gemütlich. Der eigene große Balkon ist natürlich auch ein Pluspunkt. ;)

Desweiteren gibt es ein Bad, ein Gäste WC, einen offenen Küchen- und Essbereich sowie eine zusätzliche sehr große Terasse.

Die Miete beträgt inklusive Nebenkostenpauschale 470€.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Supermärkte sind ebenfalls in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus erreichbar.
