The room is on the 4th floor in the old building, but no worries, an elevator is available. The floor is original parquet, and some of the furniture can be taken over according to arrangement with Anna, but do not have to:) in the room is a roof bevel that ensures a lot of brightness in the room. The apartment has a large kitchen with storage chamber, a large daylight bath and a small guest toilet, and we have a basement compartment and a bicycle room.
Das Zimmer liegt im 4. Stock im Altbau, aber keine Sorge, ein Aufzug ist vorhanden. Der Boden ist Originalparkett, und von den Möbeln können einige nach Absprache mit Anna übernommen werden, müssen aber nicht :) im Zimmer ist eine Dachschräge, die für viel Helligkeit im Zimmer sorgt. Die Wohnung hat eine große Küche mit Abstellkammer, ein großes Tageslichtbad und ein kleines Gäste-WC, und wir haben ein Kellerabteil und einen Fahrradraum.
The location in the beautiful quiet forest district is ideal for people who want to be quickly in the city, but like to live quietly - right next to the Rosental and walking at the Clarapark you are definitely fast in the green. Shops (consumer, net, aldi, rewe, ...) and also small snack shops and cafes are nearby. You get off the forest square with the tracks.
Die Lage im schönen ruhigen Waldstraßenviertel ist ideal für Leute, die schnell in der Stadt sein wollen, aber gerne ruhig wohnen - direkt neben dem Rosental und fußläufig am Clarapark ist man auf jeden Fall schnell im Grünen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Konsum, Netto, Aldi, Rewe, ...) und auch kleine Imbissläden und Cafés sind in direkter Nähe. Man kommt fix mit den Bahnen vom Waldplatz los.
You would live with Moritz, Max and Bruno and Jule. Moritz lives the longest in the WG, Jule has been there since the beginning of May and Max is moving out in mid-July, for which Bruno comes to it. So the WG is still a bit of change, but we all care about a nice living together. Knowing what's going on with the others, maybe cooking together or dinner, or what's going on in any case, of course, always considering what's going on. We are all more calm, cleanliness is important, and in general you can address things if something should not be good. But best would be natural, we just get to know each other personally :)
Zusammen wohnen würdest du mit Moritz, Max bzw. Bruno und Jule. Moritz wohnt am längsten in der WG, Jule ist seit Anfang Mai dabei und Max zieht Mitte Juli aus, dafür kommt Bruno dazu. Die WG ist also noch ein bisschen im Wandel, aber uns ist allen ein nettes Zusammenleben wichtig. Zu wissen, was bei den anderen grade so abgeht, vielleicht mal zusammen kochen oder Abendessen, oder was unternehmen ist auf jeden Fall drin, natürlich immer mit Rücksicht darauf, was gerade ansteht. Wir sind alle eher ruhiger, Sauberkeit ist wichtig, und generell kann man Dinge ansprechen, wenn mal was nicht gut sein sollte. Aber am Besten wärs natürlich, wir lernen uns einfach mal persönlich kennen :)
The room will be free from 15.6. or 1.7. If we had to buy a washing machine or buy Anna. We would like to cast a bit on Sunday, so please don't forget if (and if so when) you could come by Sunday afternoon!
Das Zimmer wird ab dem 15.6. oder 1.7. frei, dazu könnte man noch sprechen. Ggf. müssten wir noch eine Waschmaschine kaufen oder Anna abkaufen. Wir würden gern am Sonntag ein bisschen casten, also gib doch gern an, ob (und wenn ja wann) du vielleicht am Sonntagnachmittag vorbeikommen könntest!
